Been booking with Ezy world travel for over 5 years now always great unbeatable rates with top customer service. Our trip to Japan got cancelled in April this year obviously due to COVID. Everything was handled professionally from cancellations to refund. These are the testing times when genuine agents stand out. Aziz was always updating us he is very experienced and guided us in all our bookings since 5 years. Will be always supporting this business good or bad times....Keep it up Ezy world travels will see you soon for my next travel adventure... Thanks

One of the dodgiest travel agents out there. They take your money and don't give you a confirmed e-ticket. You are most of the time running around, calling them with most calls going to voice mail or if you do get them on the phone they will make some excuse, give assurances that all is good and close to the travel date they ask you for more money to get a seat on the plane and on the date you wanted to travel. Its been a very disappointing experience. They have a guy called Aziz who is their main person who handles calls. Be very careful of this person. He will never give you a correct answer and will never pick any of the calls when you need any clarification. I've learnt it the hard way. perhaps you can avoid the bad experience. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE. ALL THE TRAVEL SEARCH WEBSITES SHOULD GET RID OF THIS COMPANY. Very rude customer service, they hung up on me twice. they make you wait half an hour, put you on hold even for a simple question. when i asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me.

I booked an open ticket with these people, when the time came for me to make the change they charged me double saying that was the airline difference. But when i checked the airline they had cheaper tickets to what i paid earlier. He kept on saying its the penalty but i explained to him that i had already paid extra for an open ticket. They were so rude. No care about a customer, so i ended up paying double to what i could have paid direct from the airline website.

I wanted to cancel and a small refund, atleast that way it would still have been cheaper but to cancel i had to pay a penalty of $500 per person.

DO not get fooled by these people.

Worst Possible Travel Agent in Australia... I wonder this guy AZIZ how he is still running this business in short its a SCAM. BEWARE of Ezy World Travel Pty Ltd or Mr.AZIZ.

NEVER EVER buy tickets from them you will not get anything accept loosing your money and peace.

I also lodged a complaint against them in Fair Trading unfortunately they don't have that much authority to cancel there license and put this guy behind bars.

MOST DODGIEST COMPANY TO DEAL

Most shifty agency in Australia, guys stay away from this AZIZ, very sweet talker when you want to book your flight, as Soon as it’s done and he get his commission this guys change his colour strait away.

I have booked ticket through them in qantas, I wants to change my date they said qantas is the one who charge him $400+ for each tickets to change date or cancel, upon calling qantas found its only $200 from qantas. When I said him this fact what qantas told me he said qantas is lier, instead of having guts and said its me who want money and I will charge extra. I would have throug this money on his face, bloody liers stay away from this agency.

I would give a minus rating if possible. Never ever book with these crooks. Booked tickets to India for 4 people last year. Kept waiting on pre-text of system having some issue and at the end had to fight and complain to authorities to get back the money. It took me over a month get all my money back.

Advise to all guys, do your research before booking with them.

This is the terrible service! Beaware of booking your flights with this travel agency!
Very unprofessional and rude people. I have been running around these frauds for 6 months to get my refund for an airline ticket. I have complaint against Aziz in the NSW Fair Trading. Now I have filed a case with NCAT and waiting for the hearing. I would request you all to please come forward and take some action to close his business!!!!

Do not book flights with these criminals. They stole my money, did not book in flights and refuse to take any responsibility for their fraudulent actions. NEVER EVER book with these fraudsters. Currently complaining to the ACCC and have proceedings in a tribunal against them.
