My family and I have joined their local tour to Tasmania for roughly 5 days around 2 weeks ago. Their customer services and first tour guide Barry was really good until I met this Tour guide, Tim, who was really unprofessional during our day trip. He was very rude and being ironic throughout our day trip, not only did he shouted at me during his phone call, then talking down to us and threatening us that he would not continue any introduction nor providing more services to us, he also seems to be quite racist and trying to talk us down based on our ethnicity. My family and I were really disappointed with his service. While we appreciated the service of Extragreen overall, as well as the excellent service from another tour guide Barry. We did have quite a bad and unpleasant experience with Tim.

Avoid. I joined the Great Ocean Road tour for $98. There are better options out there. Will not be booking any future tours with Extragreen.

1. Extremely rushed. The driver made 2 stops. Stop 1: 30 minutes. Stop 2: 50 minutes. As soon as we arrived, it felt like the driver was in a rush to return to Melbourne.

2. The driver literally spoke nonstop - content that was completely unrelated to the tour. He used to be a movie director and so created stories along the drive. Non-stop talk means non-stop for 12 hours even when people were trying to rest/sleep.

3. Bus was advertised as a "luxury coach". The seat was tighter than flying on Jetstar or Ryanair. It was horrendous. Backpack had to be on my lap and I'm only 175cm.

4. The driver make a stop for lunch at Apollo Bay. He directed us to a particular Chinese restaurant. Later, I saw restaurant staff offer him gift bags as presumably as a gesture of thanks for directing his guests to the restaurant. He should have declared any conflict of interest.

5. Other people on the tour left negative comments in Chinese on Klook/KKDay. The guide went on WeChat (we were all added to a WeChat group for group communication at the start of the tour) and went on a rant about how good he was and that the comments were rubbish. Extragreen and said driver should perhaps reflect on whether those comments were valid versus lambasting their guests on WeChat.

Kenny the driver was very helpful and looking after my parents in the Phillip Island tour.
Tours & pick up and drop was on time and great service . Thank you very much Kenny and team .
Definitely booking again with the company and hopefully have Kenny again 🙂

David Hsu is just an excellent and responsible tour leader and bus driver all the way through the day trip. His knowledge and professionals are second to none. This trip is worth the value and will definitely promote the products and services by worth of mouth and social media.

took Chinese guided trip on klook to Great Ocean Road with driver David Hsu, who did excellent job, giving stops to many extra scenery spots outside of itinerary while keeping good time management, and shared fun stories about Australia through the hours on the bus.

Terrible experience on 28/7, booked a skiing trip with them, spend more than 9 hours still in the bus but not yet arrive the destination, no lunch/dinner time, no refund, no time to enjoy the skiing. Paid 800 bucks for a horrible experience 🙁

Yesterday we took a tour to Great Ocean Road. Our driver was David Hsu. He did a great job and made our trip more enjoyable.

The tour was excellent and our driver David Hsu were terrific by entertaining us all the way from beginning til the end with the stories of Melbourne and Australia
