It’s very bad experience. I booked puffing Billy one month before. I also got the confirmation from experience OZ. They send email said that there’s fully booked a few days before the booking date. And ask me if I can change the dates to 10 days later. As a traveller it’s not possible to do it. I don’t want to use experience OZ to book the ticket any more. They cannot guarantee your booking safety.

Just be fair, experience oz is reliable ticket agent, this is the 3rd time I bought from them, 6 ppl to “Catch a Crab” but 2 ppl couldn’t go and get refunded within 72hrs. Hot Line team is helpful and friendly.

The experience I had with Oz Experience was okay. We bought a whole range of activities with them, and didn’t have issues with our purchases and experiences. I would rate them 5 stars if we could get a hold of them via phone. We tried to call them more than 5 times to reschedule a booking but we had no luck. Luckily we call the activity itself and they helped us.

This company is a rort!! Purchased an "experience" from them for the Ice Bar in Melbourne. Well it was an experience all right. First off, they double charged me Tried to claim I'd done it, yet only sent 1 confirmation email, 1 ticket email, and 1 follow up review. They also said they had contacted the Ice Bar and the owner denied us ever turning up, which was a blatant lie because our photos were on their website!! OzExperience inform us that we would have to take itup with ice bar for a refund despite being the ones that we'd bought the tickets off and the ones who had double charged us.
Told we had to contact the Ice Bar ourselves, which I have by 3 different manners and a week later. No reply.
Terrible unethical companies, both of them.

I have a queried charge to my bank account by Oz Experience (don't know what experience I would've booked in the middle of a lockdown!) and when trying to contact them about it I have had a similar experience - that is, they don't answer their phone and they don't reply to emails. A complete lack of customer service - and transparency. Wouldn't touch them with a 40ft barge pole.

Purchased a Melbourne zoo ticket but once I arrived at zoo they told me it was invalid and Experience Oz is not allowed to sell them and I had to buy a new ticket from zoo directly

Complete waste of money. Cheaper if you buy the same packages from the information center. We book a package, then need to go to a visitor centre to redeem it. They need an activation code which apparently only gets activated after 24 hrs? Unacceptable when you are only in Melbourne for that amount of time. It states no where on the website that this is the case. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I used them for the first time today for entry to the Zoo and it worked perfectly. Quick and easy to use and they offer Afterpay so I'd definitely use them again in the future. Keep up the good work.
