We had a great stay at 28 Kestrel Exmouth, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, the bedrooms and living areas were spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed however as we had no wi-fi, no tv reception in the master room and after being there for a day we discovered the pool filter had not come on. After phoning the rental agent they informed us there had been an issue with the pump tripping.
Otherwise a nice peaceful area to holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Exmouth Villas. Our villa had been lovingly prepared and decorated.
The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Having 2 showers and 2 toilets is great when travelling with kids. The full size kitchen, laundry and facilities were great.
Location was convenient and close to all amenities.

Really disappointing stay at 79 Nimitz street, Exmouth, property was in a disgusting state, floors were dirty, air con visually clogged and smelly, woodwork swollen and unable to close toilet doors due to this, holes in walls found where towel holders had been ripped off, tumble dryer door broken and unable to use. Furthermore we had to call an electrician for a dangerously loose light switch in the on suite toilet, the main power point we were using for the kettle and toaster had failed which was found to have no earth when tested, this was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in a very serious injury or death. I’m absolutely disgusted with the quality of this overpriced and unmaintained property.

Clean and tidy, had what we needed and the ac was fantastic at the corner unit in Osprey Village. However, the wifi does not reach this unit. You needed to walk outside to use it. The kids were not impressed, and I burnt through some roaming data. Please add another access point closer to this unit.

We stayed at 78 Madaffari Drive for 8 nights with our son and his family. The house was great, clean and the kitchen had everything you need. The layout was well suited for us and the deck and pool were used all the time. The views over the marina were exceptional and a short walk to town beach for a morning walk and swim. If you are looking for accommodation in Exmouth this place is well worth it.

BEWARE OF HIDDEN T&Cs

Exmouth Holidays list their properties via a third-party booking website (Stayz website), which advertises free cancellation if bookings are cancelled within a certain time period. Beware, this is NOT TRUE.

We booked a property and paid a deposit of $869. We then cancelled our booking within the free cancellation period, and Exmouth Holidays withheld $227.80, because they said the T&Cs on their website applied – however these T&Cs were never provided to us and are different to the Stayz T&Cs.

It took us 7 phone calls to Exmouth Holidays to refund us all but ~$19 in credit card fees, which Exmouth Holidays refuse to refund at all.

We strongly recommend others who have had similar experiences to make a complaint via the DEMIRS Consumer Protection website.

SHONKY BUSINESS ALERT - BE AWARE!
They use a third party to rent their houses out (Stayz) they know full well that the terms and conditions advertised on the stayz rental page DO NOT MATCH their own terms and conditions.

On the stayz page it has written 3 times that you will receive 100% refund for cancelling by a certain date, in the confirmation from stays it also states you will received 100% refund, they are aware this is the correspondance you receive from stayz - they however then try and implement their owns T&Cs which dont match this - they have withheld $250 in made up fees.

I've shown proof of T&Cs which I agreed to and they said - yeh we know but we cant control it sorry.

BE AWARE OF BOOKING THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! DODGY!
