We booked our amazing trip to the Arctic & Finland with Julie from Exclusively Cruising. She was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She organised all flights, hotels & cruise expeditions, getting the most appropriate deals to suit our needs. We will definitely be going back to her for future travel.

We used Julie O'Grady @ Exclusively Cruising for the 1st time for our recent & wonderful European River cruise , plus for our stays in Budapest, Amsterdam, Paris and Singapore pre & post cruise.
Julie booked & managed our accommodation, flights,rail travel & travel insurance. Her advice, suggestions & continued communication throughout the whole process was excellent.
Because of her knowledge, experience & her personalised approach to our holiday ,our onboard cabin was in a fantastic location, & our accommodation in the other cities was excellent.
Most of our communication was either email or phone ,but when it came to issuing our tickets, vouchers & insurance, Julie did that in person so that she could personally go through everything with us .
We cannot recommend Julie highly enough ( & have done so to family & friends) .All our future travel will be booked through her .

Julie booked our 2019 European adventure which included flying Canberra to Athens with Qatar, cruising the Greek Islands and a bus tour through the Balkans from Bucharest, Hungary to Budapest, Romania. All the travel arrangements went very smoothly and were enjoyable. Julie was very patient and responsive to the many questions that a trip of this nature entails when dealing with multiple providers, including us appropriate discounts were these were available and we were very happy with Julie's excellent personal service. Nearing the end of this trip while in Belgrade Serbia I needed to have emergency surgery and Julie was very caring in helping my husband deal with the Insurance company by providing a contact and liaison point and copies of receipts required for our claim. Until this trip we had always booked out trips online ourselves, however in the future we would definately use Julie again and we were looking forward to Julie helping us with our next grand adventure but plans are currently on hold due to Corona.

We engaged Julie and the Exclusively Cruising team to help us with flight bookings for our recent trip to Europe. We'd planned out and organised the balance of the trip ourselves (accommodation, rail bookings, activities, etc) but needed the expertise of someone like Julie to help us with our flights.

Julie very happily and efficiently organised the flight reservations (including the seats we were seeking) and kept us informed along the way of any airline-initiated changes.

As it turned out, one of our original planned flight legs was cancelled by the airline, but Julie very promptly stepped in and sorted out alternative flight arrangements.

We can't speak more highly of the service and support we received from Julie and her team, and if she'll have us, we'll be sure to lean on her expertise again for our next trip.
