Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here and the menu was superb for us. The staff were chatty and well humored doing al they could to ensure each visit was a pleasure. When travelling, we generally try a new establishment each evening but we continued t return here each evening, it was most memorable.

No kids meals. Chicken parmy was tiny. Prices too high. 4 meals for two children under 8 & 2 adults..no drinks cost $94... The meals for the kids were worth about $15 all up, but cost $36. Won't be going here again. Not when you can get a parmy at any other pub twice the size for less and they have kids meals!

It was nice and warm in here on this cold Sunday evening.
The gas and electric heating were working well, We hadn't been here before so we weren't sure what to expect.
We liked the menu and picked a few of our favourites.
For starters we had wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce..and also garlic bread.
The mains were Fish & chips, a chicken snitty and a beef snitty.

The wedges were amazing. Very crunchy but soft inside we loved them.
The garlic bread was very sad, it needed more garlic flavour, although the bread was fresh and soft, i found it mostly bread with a hint of butter and garlic. It could be toasted a bit more too.
The snitty's are pretty good. The coating is tasty and meat tender. The battered fish is also pretty good.
All the meals came with what looked like coleslaw and in one of them we discovered a piece of light blue plastic, that looked like cling wrap. Perhaps it's used to cover the coleslaw. 🤔
I brought it to the waitresses attention as she cleared the table. Just so they could check the slaw in future.
(No one had any other problems. Looked like a 1 off, so we didn't make a big deal over it)
It was a good experience.
Love to come back..but will keep an eye on the salads 👁

Went down to the exchange for the 50c wings on Wednesday with 2 mates. Make sure if you’re going around dinner time to book a day in advance as the place fills up fairly quickly for dinner service.

The meals were really nice, they had 17$ beer jug specials on 3 different draughts. The staff were friendly and proactive, the atmosphere was nice and chill. I’ll definitely be back.

We consumed 120 wings and a bowl of chips between the 3 of us and every bit was consistently cooked and delicious. Thanks guys !

The exchange is a alright place to get a drink and some food. Got the special Wings Wednesday deal and a platter of 50 of them. Very nice but forgot the sauce. Overall a nice pub to have a drink, food, and talk.

Food was below average specifically for the price.
Fish has the classic defrosted rubbery texture and smell.
Ordered an expensive cocktail which arrived decorated with stale shrivelled strawberry on the rim (not pictured). I'll let the photo of the cocktail speak for itself.
Service was below average and very cold.
