Great food, horrible service.

We came as part of the Masterchef experience.

A four course set menu from Kahn. The food was great, albeit the portions were quite small. The total bill for two including a bottle of wine was $420.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. We were seated and then forgotten about, after 20 minutes we still didn’t have a drinks menu so we had to ask for one. It then took another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive.

After being in the restaurant for 40 minutes our food arrived and drinks were still missing.

We also still hadn’t been served any water so we had to wave a waiter down. Our wine glass kept going empty and at one point I physically had to get up to ask the waiter for our bottle, as waiters were seemingly ignoring our gestures to be served.

Ultimately $420 for two people isn’t cheap, which is fine. But we’ve had better service from restaurants a quarter of the price. We won’t return.

😞 Presentaion perfect and beautiful but sorry I didn't enjoy your food. You didn't take me to India at all. I hoped to have spicy tasted food of Indian but everything you gave me was just sweet tasting with every food. Hot food wasn't hot , the Chicken Biryani just tasted like plain Chicken with rice.
I was hoping for a spicy Indian punch, but did not get that at all.
The staff service was very good though.

Hubby booked this for Mothers Day and I was a bit skeptical because of its pricing. But I was wrong, every dish was carefully structured together. Meat was tender and just the right portion size.

We sat right in front of a band, beautiful music and ambience. Everything at Evergreen has made it such a great Mothers Day.

Attended women's day function in Evergreen. Best event in crown. Everything is setup perfectly, with the window view to city. Will purchase ticket for next time function. If you love the luxury dining experience, come along in Evergreen.

Went and ate Nat from MasterChefs menu and it didn’t disappoint. 3 out of the 4 courses were fantastic, service from the wait staff was also fantastic! Signature cocktails were good but a little pricey but overall had a great experience
