I recently had a very negative experience with a customer service representative. The representative was extremely rude and disrespectful, and did not take the time to listen to my concerns. They spoke to me in a condescending tone, and refused to help me find a solution to my problem. I felt disrespected and belittled, and it was a very unpleasant experience. I hope that this is not the norm for this company, as it was a terrible experience and one I would not like to repeat.
