Letizia was beyond incredible and our saving grace for our wedding. The best thing we did was hire Events to a T. If you don’t want to worry about a thing when your day comes hire her!! She made us feel so calm and taken care of. We got married on top of a mountain at a very unique summer camp venue. She had to run up and down the mountain ten times and she did it in sandals! She always made sure we and our guests had everything we needed. She set up our decor meticulously, the room looked absolutely beautiful and exactly how we envisioned. She worked seamlessly with our vendors, kept us on schedule, and always had a smile on her face. When our cake baker fell through she recommended us a great place and our guests are still raving about our cake. I had a ton of little details planned and visions in my head and Letizia made them a reality and offered suggestions where necessary. We also hired bartenders through Events to a T and they were outstanding. They were so quick and friendly and also made all our bar requests a reality. Our wedding was magical and perfect because of Events to a T. We love you T!!!

Choosing Letizia as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have possibly made! Our wedding vision was extremely non-traditional, with many small details that differed from your average wedding – including a video game area for Mario Kart. Not only did she remember every change we made, but she absolutely nailed it with all the details we envisioned! She set up our event more beautifully than we could have imagined, with slight suggestions and tweaks to vendor locations, which added great flow to the space. She worked with all our vendors to make sure everything was on time and as smooth as possible for us, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment of our day. She advocated on our behalf when necessary and made sure our plans came to fruition perfectly in every possible way. Thanks to Letizia, we had the most magical night of our lives. We barely had to do anything the next morning other than load up our cars because of how well she cleaned up and organized our décor. Our guests are still raving about how amazingly fun it was with so much attention to detail. We wouldn’t have been able to pull it of without her!

100% Recommend. We found out about Events To A T when we booked our first venue. When we found out our venue sold and had to scramble for a new plan, there was no one more comforting than Letizia. As an event coordinator, it was tough for me to trust some of the planning and setup to someone else knowing I had a vision of how I wanted it all to be. I would trust Letizia 1000x over because she made sure my dreams were reality. She made sure we had no worries with setup, tear down, kept everyone on time and where they needed to be. Had our backs 100% no matter what. Letizia was a HUGE help during our entire wedding process. She helped us navigate through the pandemic (including a date, venue and catering change) and helped bring our vision to life. She was communicative with us and our vendors, helped develop a timeline for everyone and would text or email with me about littlest details I had questions or needed opinions on. On the day of, she ensured that everything went swimmingly (or that I at least didn't know about any issues that arose) and even helped us pack up at the end of the night so that all I had to do was enjoy my day and then go home. Not only do I highly recommend that you get a planner, but I highly recommend hiring Letizia!

Letizia was amazing during our wedding process. Her experience in the ADK area was soo invaluable and my wedding wouldn't have been the same without her. She was able to connect me with a fabulous catering option (and bartender!) for our wedding. Her experience in general and with the vendors was soo appreciated when I needed to bounce ideas off of, confirm information I was being told by others or get her option.

I'm very organized by nature, but I couldn't have enjoyed my wedding day without knowing that she was handling everything so I didn't have to and could just relax!

An emergency caused her to have to have a member of her team step in for her on my actual wedding day and it still went by seamlessly. Everything was already organized, timelines were clear and decor was labeled and ready to do. Letizia prepped her in advance and I had no doubt Candace, as a member of her team, would be great and she definitely was too!

In this day and age with things like COVID still requiring back up plans, Letizia and her team are prepared and execute flawlessly.

Also, Letizia aways has time for you, she's friendly and just a pleasure to work with making my day special ... and more special because of her key contributions to the process.
