I am a bride that needed a wedding planner that would help me take care of everything on my wedding day, so I meticulously shortlisted 7 wedding planners and EOW came out right on top!
From the very beginning, Elsie’s quick response to my email, and the heartfelt call we scheduled afterwards, made it a match made in heaven. She not only is super funny, she was able to give me peace of mind about our special day.
Being that my husband is from the US and I’m from the UK planning the wedding together meant we needed a planner that would be understanding of the time differences and unorthodox meeting times, Elsie was so understanding and had actually done a wedding that had similar challenges so it made it so easy for us to move forward with her.
Our wedding went from 350 people to 500 whilst planning with Elsie ( my mum wanted it to be 1000 haha) but Elsie helped us through every change of plan and gave us the most important thing PEACE OF MIND
Being British Nigerian meant needing to have 3 dress changes, dance routines and dealing with big personalities, but Elsie and her team ensured that everything on the day was on time and that I was not stressed at all.
From find the perfect venue to the right accommodation for our guests flying in from around the world , Elsie stepped in and helped in every way; even with finding the right photographer, videographer, food vendor and decorator she used her network to not only find us the perfect team but the best deals and discounts because of her history with them!
It’s now been 4 months since our wedding and Elsie is still showing us so much love and support, we are so blessed to have worked with her and her amazing team .

As the “Family Coordinator” from the bride’s side, I had the chance to work closely with Elsie and her team for my sister’s wedding—and wow, they absolutely nailed it! From the first meeting to the big day, they were exceptional.

A top-notch wedding planner who deserves an award!

As the mother of the bride, all I had to say about Elsie and her fabulous team is that they are amazing and brilliant!

From the 1st day I spoke to Elsie, I knew my daughter and her fiance were in very good hands.

Elsie catered for all of our needs - the bride, the groom & the parents.
She understood the assignment perfectly well and she delivered!
Elsie carried an unusual anointing of keeping everyone calm and had a way with the parents of the bride. She won all of our hearts in no time, and we were perfectly reassured that Elsie would pull it off and our daughter would have the wedding of her dreams.
Elsie is knowledgeable and professional and has a calming spirit around her. Every time I speak to Elsie, she has a ready solution to any concerns about the wedding.
On the wedding day, I forgot to bring the crochet pin I wanted to use to button the wedding gown. I said to Elsie; I will have to use my fingers, she looked up and said, "Maami, I've got one here", and I said wow, my sweetie, you are too much! She's thought ahead of everything.
She is truly a phenomenal wedding planner who pays attention to detail.

Elsie or as we like to call her … Aunty Elsie… went above and beyond for my husband and I for our wedding this year. She found us great vendors and helped us plan a day that we will never forget.

She took time to understand what we wanted and she executed it perfectly. From the consultation meeting I knew she was the right planner for me

The level of excellence her and her team worked at was second to none! She worked so well with all our family members as well , making sure that everyone’s needs were met and everyone felt heard.

I am really grateful that Elsie was my wedding planner , she made me feel so relaxed and calm from the moment we hired her until the wedding day! Even after the wedding there was some small complication with the cake my husband and I took home and aunty Elsie took it upon herself to re order the flavour of cake we had originally wanted and got it sent to our home address. So when I say she went above and beyond … I truly mean it.

I would 100% recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding planner , she’s the best in the game, she will hold your hand and help you cross the finish line! Thank you so much aunty Elsie and team- you all did an absolute fantastic job!!!

There is so much I can say about the amazing events on wheels service!! First and foremost Elsie is such a joy to work with! Pre wedding, Elsie went above and beyond to make sure that the process and proceedings of the wedding day was to our liking. This was made sure by the regular catch up calls that Elsie booked.

Now for the wedding day Elsie and her lovely team done such a job that there was no worries regarding all the other vendors that we had booked. Our wedding was running slightly behind planned timing but nobody noticed due to the perfect coordination and contingency set in place by Events on wheels. We can happy say we thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day.

Post wedding we learnt about the fires Elsie and her team were putting out during the wedding day which says a lot about the amount of work Events on wheels handle to make sure the couple and guests enjoy a day to remember.
