What can we say?

Hubby and I hired Emma for day of co-ordination for our wedding as we wanted to do most of the planning ourselves.

Emma came on board early in the piece to be present for all the crucial key meetings in order to be across the most important details. From the start, it was clear that you knew your sh*t.

Many of our suppliers commented on how organised you were and how easy it was to understand the process.

On the day, we felt at ease. We could enjoy the wedding day and have fun as we knew that you were across every detail.

Emma went above and beyond, even sneaking out to grab baby formula for a guest who forgot to bring some to the wedding during the night.

It was truly our pleasure bringing our vision to life with you Emma. We felt like you were there for us the entire way through.

Emma was amazing and by far the best money we spent for our perfect day! She made the lead up to the wedding stress free and very enjoyable.

On the day she bought the best vibes ever even though it was the pouring down rain all day and our wedding was outside! Nothing was ever an issue and everything went perfectly. She even delivered drinks on a cart during our bridesmaids pictures, made sure my partner and I ate and did an alcohol run at 10pm at night!

Wow, incredible! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We thought we wanted to hire Emma but turns out we NEEDED her. Our wedding would not have been the day it was without Emma and her team. We booked Emma for the 'on the day co-ordination' for our private property wedding and it was the best money we spent. The day was seamless and so relaxed. Our wedding day was ✨perfect✨, and there is no way it could have come close without Emma. What makes Emma unique is her genuine warmth and kindness. Emma wasn’t just focused on the day running smoothly (though she did that absolutely perfectly), she really cared about our experience.

After hiring Emma as a Day of Coordinator, we received an exceptional level of care for all the months leading up to our wedding day. As soon as we booked Emma, all our stress melted away, there was no need to worry because we knew Emma had it sorted. She had pages of online guides and forms to help us. Emma even called my partner Suny and I the days before and after the wedding, just to check in and chat.

Our wedding had lots of little details that needed to be worked out as we DIY’d the drinks, had two venues, and had a lot of personal decorative items. She delegated with the vendors so well and made sure the venue decorations were up to mark, thereby saving us a lot of time and effort. On the wedding day, I mentioned in passing that I had a headache and Emma left the wedding to get me Nurofen. At the end of the night, Emma had a big box of wedding food for us and even gave us a lift to our accommodation!

Suny and I treasure Emma. She is the absolute best, thank you Emma for being such a super star.

We hired Emma to coordinate our wedding and we truly could not have done it without her. From start to finish Emma went above and beyond to make the wedding planning process as stress-free as possible. We are so glad we made the decision to hire a coordinator and Emma was perfect for us. She is so organised, she thinks of every detail, and works with all the various suppliers so that everyone and everything comes together seamlessly. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and we really can’t credit Emma enough for the wonderful work she did! We were coming to Victoria from interstate and Emma was extremely helpful sourcing suppliers and vendors for us, helping us stick to our budget and still have the best wedding we could imagine!

On top of that, on the wedding day Emma was very reassuring keeping us updated on how things were proceeding and when a nanny was unable to make it at the last minute, Emma even offered to replace her and go watch our child for the rest of the night!

Emma is AMAZING. She went above and beyond on our wedding day and honestly, out day would NOT have been that good without her. From organising suppliers, making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, to taking our flowers and cars home, and to even drive us home (not normals but we didn't allow for getting home after our wedding!!), Emmas service is Excellent. Emmas made out day run so smooth and easy and we did not have to think or stress about anything on out wedding day. If i could give Emma 10 starts I would. We will be forever thankful that you were a part of our day.

A friend who got married before us said the best thing they did was to get a wedding planner. We decided to find one for our wedding and I'm so glad we found Emma!
Planning our wedding with Emma made it significantly less stressful and a great experience for us and our guests. Emma brings all of her experience to planning and coordinating the wedding day, including a list of "go to" vendors for music, makeup, florists, etc. We gave Emma a basic brief, and she was able to provide us with great options to consider to make our ideas become reality.
We had quite a hectic week in the lead up to the wedding with storms leaving our wedding venue and guest accommodation without power in the days before the wedding, we were so grateful we had Emma to help us navigate that and the wedding day itself. Emma thought of so many little details and coordinated everything on the day right up to the end of the night, which meant we could just enjoy the whole day, I don't know how we would've done it without her! When we look back now, we feel the money we spent on Emma's planning service was the best money we'd spent on the wedding.
We loved Emma's clear communication, responsiveness, flexibility, and value for money, and we would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.
