How do we start to give Bex the review that she deserves! We live in Singapore but were getting married in Europe and knew we needed someone we could trust, who would have the day run smoothly and make the lead up to the wedding stress free and that is exactly what she did.

We could not be happier with having Bex as our wedding planner! She did an amazing job organising our wedding in Portugal, from finding the perfect vendors that matched our taste, to the beautiful table settings and smoothest day-of coordination.

Her attention to detail was incredible, she understood exactly what we wanted and we were blown away by everything she did. Arriving at the venue and seeing the styling for the first time was amazing and beyond what we imagined. Without her we would not have had the relaxed experience that we had. Bex made it feel like your best friend you could trust was running your wedding day, cheering us on and waiting with a smile and cocktails for us. She is far far more than a wedding planner.

If I ever felt stressed about the wedding, I would message Bex and her reply would usually be “No stress, it’s already sorted”. She was completely on top of everything at all times, no question was too silly or request too out there.

Everything was perfect, and her attention to detail made our day so special and stress-free. If you're planning a wedding, especially from afar, or want a Europe wedding planned with creativity, style and organised down to the last detail, we highly recommend hiring Bex.

Where do we even begin with how incredible this powerhouse of a woman is?! From the minute we booked Bex, she was so on top of every single detail. We were lucky enough to have her as our event coordinator and stylist, and without her, our day wouldn't have been nearly as magical, smooth and special.

As a wedding coordinator & celebrant myself, hiring Bex was one of the most important aspects of our day and a non negotiable in our planning process. I have worked with so many vendors, and have never met anyone else quite as good as she. We even moved our wedding date to ensure she could be a part of it!! I have worked with her many times for other couples weddings and have always been so inspired by the way she commands a space, ensures the day is seamless, interacts with guests, and creates such a beautiful, relaxed environment for everyone to enjoy. Our day was no exception to this.

Hiring Bex was the best decision we made. She not only helped capture our vision when it came to our styling, she bought it to life in such a flawless, whimsical and stunning way. Every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful our styling was, and that was all thanks to her.

When it came to event coordination, there was no task too big, too annoying, or too out there for her. She handled every outlandish idea with grace, encouragement and enthusiasm which made the planning process so much fun. Whenever I was feeling stressed or overwhelmed, a call with Bex instantly settled my nerves, I knew we were in the best hands.

On the day my husband and I felt so at ease with Bex. She kept things fun and light all while running around behind the scenes making sure we were sticking to our timeline, working with all of our vendors, rallying guests, dealing with torrential rain and muddy fields. If there was a problem, we didn't know about it because she was already two steps ahead. What could have been a stressful curveball (the downpour of rain) only made it all the more fun and magical, and that is a testament to how incredible Bex is at her job. She is a powerhouse, she is a boss, and she is the best at what she does.

Bex, we can't thank you enough. We'll never be able to put into words how appreciative we are of you and of all that you did for us leading up to our wedding, on the day, and even now, post wedding. You are incredible at what you do, and I can't wait to see you take over the event planning world. You deserve all the good things in life, we love you so much.

Bex is an absolute weapon at her job. I was searching high and low for a stylist that could ace the brief AND not break the bank. That was hard to do because so, so many vendors in the wedding industry charge simply exorbitant amounts!

Bex, from the get-go, was approachable, responsive, kind, and REAL - everything I wanted in a stylist slash semi-coordinator. I'm a complete Type A who wanted to keep things within budget, so I had only engaged Bex for styling, yet, she was SO very generous with her comments on my runsheet etc.

I had my wedding at Dunes Palm Beach (Oct 2024), a location that Bex was familiar with, and she gave a ton of tips and insights - across the runsheet timing, ceremony location, ideas on styling etc. There were so many moments in the lead up when I was stressed, and Bex would be the sound, steady pillar of support steering me into calmness.

There are probably more hyperboles I can rattle on about Bex, and the truth is that she deserves them all. I truly had such an incredible day, and that was the culmination of the best vendors, Bex inclusive. Thank you so much Bex 🙂

Bex is a star. Wow where to even start. If you are planning a wedding or any sort of event you NEED Bex in your life. She is not only the queen of organising, she also has the most exquisite eye for detail and style when it comes to event styling. We had a short turn around time to flip the venue and she whipped everyone into gear and made it all happen so effortlessly. Every part of our day was thought out and planned in a way that any issue was taken care off before it even became an issue. Thank you Bex - you are a real life angel!

During the wedding planning process, the typical questions revolve around excitement for the dress, venue, or cake. However, I continually told people that the best decision we made was hiring our wedding planner, EventsbyBex.

Words may not fully capture the astronomical difference Bex made on our special day, but I will attempt to convey our gratitude.

Unlike the stereotypical bossy planners, Bex listened first, offered suggestions, and addressed every concern with enthusiasm and solutions. After a 2.5-hour meeting, we felt like we had made a friend who just happened to be an exceptional wedding planner.

Ongoing Professionalism: Bex strikes the perfect balance between friendly, assertive, and professional. While there were likely hiccups along the way, she focused on the positives and shielded us from unnecessary details. Her communication was clear and essential, saving us from stress and overthinking, while remaining transparent. Bex’s calm professionalism ensured that all processes, events, and organisational tasks ran smoothly. Her reminders kept us on track, showcasing her attention to detail and organisational skills.

Vendor Management: We used several vendors recommended by Bex, all of whom were top quality. Bex seamlessly integrated them into our timeline leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Her on-the-day management was invaluable, handling everything and appearing at the perfect moments. Bex's dedication and hard work were evident as she checked in with us and managed the event effortlessly. Her warmth and professionalism were consistently demonstrated, making her an irreplaceable part of our day. She also helped so much with the table designs and did so much DIY for the little party favours and place cards. She made this feel really special in ways that are really personal to me. Thank you.

Ongoing and On-the-Day Vibe Check: Every interaction with Bex—whether by phone, Zoom, or in person—was reassuring, exciting, and organized. Her genuine excitement for our wedding was infectious. Bex’s focus on quality and her supportive, upbeat demeanor made the planning process enjoyable, even during challenging times. Bex is the planner you need. You can trust her to run your day, and you'll probably end up wishing she was coming as a guest too! Every meeting is a pleasure - she has all the answers (where to fine specific water glasses for the best price? the right height candles) and works hard to understand your vision and seamlessly picks up on your vibe and style. Plus she is genuinely fun, sweet and warm. She clearly loves the industry and her enthusiasm for your day is infectious. I didn't hear from any of my vendors on the day or the week prior, it felt like everything went off without a hitch and I know that's because Bex was paddling like a duck - calm at all times but working hard to make it all happen so we could just sit back and enjoy. Wish we could do it again!!!
