We had the privilege of seeing Ananis in action as a wedding planner and wedding day coordinator at the weddings of close friends. Even before we got engaged, we knew we wanted to work with her because of the glowing reviews from our friends and the professionalism we saw firsthand. My husband and I planned our wedding, but we knew we needed Ananis as our day-of coordinator to bring everything together on our big day. It was a huge stress-reliever to know Ananis would contact all of our vendors and create the timeline for the wedding day, taking into consideration all of the little quirks and things we wanted done on the day. After the stress of planning a huge wedding in less than 11 months, to know we could hand off all of the final details to Ananis was truly amazing.

Ananis is a consummate professional with many years of event planning experience. She was so easy to communicate with and she always took the time to hear us out and be mindful of our opinions and vision. To say she executed the day successfully is putting it mildly. From putting out countless small fires, helping move our families and bridal party around the venue, making sure our venue and ceremony space were set up correctly, and so much more, Ananis knocked it out of the park. Despite wanting to be stress-free the day of, I struggled with wanting to know about everything happening and being everywhere all at once. Trusting in Ananis felt like sending an extension of myself out to take care of everything. She listens, she advises, she executes, she is invaluable. Hiring Ananis was one of the best decisions we made and we could not have had the beautiful wedding day of our dreams without her. We could go on at length about our experience with Ananis, but we’ll end by saying, Ananis is worth the investment of your budget and your trust and we highly recommend her.

I first came across Events by Ananis when my wedding photographer Tom Russo shared her services on his Instagram page. He raved how his very own wedding went smoothly because of her and I knew I had to contact her.  The very first phone call with Ananis put my frazzled mind to ease and I knew I could count on her to be my day of coordinator for my wedding that was less than a month away!
She was very attentive, detail oriented and responsive, letting me know that I could always text or email her if I needed anything {even when she was out of the country!}
She planned the day-of timeline and ensured all the vendors were in the loop on expectations, especially with the church ceremony which was a big stressor for me in regards to logistics.

On the day of, Ananis was our bouncer, hype woman, point person, and confidant the whole day long. She coordinated the arrival and setup for all vendors, ensured that the schedule didn't get too overwhelming and made sure the ceremony procession and my bridal walk were timed to perfection as per my vision. After the wedding mass, she seamlessly directed the crowds to where they needed to go and wrangled all those complicated family “must have” photos inside the church.

Her positive, supportive and bubbly presence put my nerves at ease and helped us to really let go and enjoy ourselves throughout our wedding day!

Where do I even begin? I met Ananis at my best friends wedding, where she coordinated the crap out of it and made it the most amazing beautifully smooth day for ALL of us. I knew right then and there that I wouldn't have a wedding without her.

A week later, I was engaged and it was time to go!!!! I couldn't book with Ananis faster. From beginning to end, Ananis helped me every single step of the way. She recommended vendors who ended up being FLAWLESS and exceptional, she took extra time to help me with all of the logistical details and the million and a half questions I had about EVERYTHING. I am extremely detail oriented and it was very important for me to execute my vision – and NOBODY understood or matched that energy more than Ananis did, every single time. With more than a few curveballs and adjustments thrown her way, she took care of every single logistic so that we could just stay on our love cloud the entire night.

Our wedding day was the most perfect day of our lives, and none of it would have been possible without Ananis' organization, compassion and resilience. It's been two days now and I'm still hearing insanely rave reviews from everyone who came across Ananis and her amazingness. Wedding coordination aside, she's also an incredible person who respected and showed love to our family just like we would. THANK YOU for absolutely everything.
