Paid $80 each for my wife and I at the Carolina and Bayshore seating for Gasparilla Invasion Parade 2024. What a waste of money. If I had known ahead of time how useless this would be to buy tickets I wouldn't have spent it. THE ENTIRE BAYSHORE WATERSIDE SIDEWALK IS BASICALLY BOUGHT OUT BY RICH PRIVATE TENTS WITH BIG BUSES. Some of it is open but you absolutely won't be able to walk any length to get to your "folding chairs" they sell you. You fight through the crowds the way to get to only one gate. If you try to get around through the waterside sidewalk you get routed back by rude private security fpr the $$$ tents or yellow shirted event personal who tell you to turn around sorry. DO NOT WASTE MONEY BUYING BLEACHER/SEATS FOR THIS EVENT!! UNLESS YOU GOT BIG $$$$ JUST SAVE YOUR CASH AND GET THERE EARLY AND CAMP OUT. City of Tampa and Eventfest ripping off customers and no refunds

Gasparilla Parade was an Awesome experience in the Scully Area. It was my girlfriend's first time going to the parade. We will be back!!!

I would give 0 if it was possible. I originally ordered a poster for the Gasprarilla festival for January 25th. I ordered well in advance and when I was getting ready to go to Tampa I called Eventfest and was told oh sorry the poster you wanted is out of stock. I wanted to cancel and get my money back. The young lady on the phone said "oh sorry we have a no return policy". I explained that since they hadn't sent the product it would not be a return and if they didn't refund my money I would be calling the Attorney General in my state. After a few minutes she told me they would make an exception and refund my money. I got busy and didn't keep track (as obviously not a large purchases). I never got the refund. Well, I get home from work on March 22nd and guess what is on my steps? The lousy poster I ordered. Ha, that is great. I will never ever order from them again and I suggest anyone that wants to deal with a reputable company go right past these clowns.. Now that I am fired up again I think I will go dispute the charge with my credit card. Waiting 3 months for a poster? uh yeah

Eventfest is amazing! We hired Maiken as our wedding coordinator and could not have asked for a more thorough and organized event planner. We know our wedding ran smoothly because of Maiken! She was in constant communication with us and making sure we were aware of target deadlines and decisions. I would highly recommend using Eventfest.
