From the moment we met Julz we knew she was going to do an amazing job! She has all the knowledge of the industry and the contacts. She made planning our wedding so easy! On the day she provided coordination and honestly there are no words on how amazing she was for us on the day. We had a few hiccups and she sorted all these so my husband and I could just enjoy our time. She is just the most down to earth person you will ever meet!

Julz, the first time we worked alongside you we knew we needed you at our very own wedding. Being in the industry ourselves we get to see so many legends at their craft - but you our ‘wedding mum’, were the cream of the crop and a no brainer to hire! You were there ready to take care of every single thing on the night - you were cool calm and collected and you didn’t miss a beat. Any couple wanting a stress free wedding experience would be insane not to hire you.

We are now looking for an excuse to need another event coordinator just so we can hang out again!

A friend of mine recommended Julz to me when I got engaged. It turns out we had a family friends connection as well, so I knew she was going to deliver! From the get go, Julz was unbelievably helpful with resources and vendors, not to mention extremely responsive - I never waited more than 24 hours for a response. Unfortunately, our venue had fallen through and we were on the hunt for another venue or another date. Julz was kind enough to put another date on hold for us while we searched for a new venue. Because our venue changed, so did our plans for the day - there was going to be a lot less work involved on the day of the wedding due to the venue set up etc. After explaining the situation, Julz was kind enough to refund our deposit to us! It was incredibly generous and understanding of Julz to do this, because she legally didn't have to, and she'd already helped us so much.

Thanks to her, we had so much guidance and planning already (planning a wedding is actually insane). If you're looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and experienced planner/co-coordinator, this is your girl! We're actually disappointed Julz won't be with us on our wedding day, but I have no doubt I'll see her at many others.

Phenomenal, incredible, fantastic!

Julz is amazing and was there for me every step of the way, answering every and all questions, loading with vendors and offering helpful advice and suggestions with her wealth of knowledge and experience. I am so GRATEFUL for Julz and thank her for making our special day happen so magically.

Julz’s on site co-ordination was second to none and we got so many compliments from our guests about the smooth running and efficiency of the day. Julz has an amazing eye for detail and great time-management. Anytime I needed help Julz was always right there for me.

Julz gave us great wedding ideas and helped us create the wedding cake of our DREAMS that everyone was raving about and that guests still talk about to this day how amazing it was.

Julz made me feel so calm and confident about the day and let me and my now husband focus on each other and our guests making amazing memories. If I was to ever use an event planner again I would pick Julz in a heartbeat. I struggle to put into words just how pivotal Julz was leading up to our wedding and with all the on the day co-ordination.

If you’re deciding whether to use her services, just do it. You will be so glad that you did!

Julz was an incredible coordinator for our wedding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! From the moment we met Julz we knew we wanted to have her involved in our wedding. We actually met with her twice prior to booking in our ceremony. I can honestly say the reason we choose our venue was because of how warm, well organised, supported and comfortable we felt with Julz. Not to mention how great at communicating she was. It was really important for us to have someone who was organised and great at communicating and she naturally is amazing at both! Julz even choose our walk down the isle song without even realising haha! She made suggestions and gave advice to things we didn’t even think of doing without being intrusive. She supported us through our planning stage, gave us ideas and suggestions that really helped make the day exactly what we wanted. I can’t wait for an excuse for another event just to use Julz.

It is always such happiness when you see Julz in charge, as you know from a vendors point of view that the event is going to run smoothly , professionally and with a smile. I’m not quite sure where to start. We first ‘met’ Julz sometime in 2019 and she tailored a packed that suited our needs and budget.
We were originally to be married in 2020 but Covid - after initially helping us plan our wedding Julz then went on to help us reschedule our wedding 3 times and ultimately found us a new venue. All our correspondence was via email or ZOOM and we only got to meet in person the day before the wedding.
Our wedding day finally arrived and honestly I don’t know how we could have done it all without her. Every single vendor Julz recommended was perfect, our whole day was perfect and our every need was tended to. It was like having a friend by our side.
Julz went above and beyond and we are so thrilled she was such a big part of our day!
