We hosted our Christmas party at event1013, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and detail-oriented. Joy went above and beyond to make everything seamless, ensuring that every detail was perfectly in place for our event. The space itself was stunning and set the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.

Planning was a breeze thanks to Joy's exceptional coordination and expertise. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to hosting our next event at event1013. Highly recommend this venue for any occasion—it’s top-notch in every way!

From start to finish, the team here was a joy and easy to work with. Joy was my event manager and was so awesome to work with. She helped us with our floor plan setup, which is neat, because you can view virtually. She had great communication with me up until the very event end. They provided an attendant manager for the event, to help us with anything that we needed. Our guest thought the venue was so beautiful and loved the setup of the hall. Just the whole ambience of the venue is so nice. In future, I would definitely host another event here!

Had a VIP fashion show at the venue. We had a very good experience. The event coordinators on staff were very helpful. Denise, the supervisor, was Godsend in several ways. She connected me with local vendors that would assist in making our event great! The space was perfect for the city's historical vibe and ambiance needed for my show. It was one of the most beautiful shows I have ever produced. I really felt like a priority by the owner Deborah throughout. I've been producing events for over 10 years, and event1013 is the only venue to send a written letter thanking me for choosing it for my venue. I never felt like just an event organizer who was just writing a check. They worked with me to problem solve. Their in-house equipment was a huge plus for convenience and quality. The bathrooms were always clean and the building is well maintained. They do what they say they will do, and I definitely recommend event1013.

BEWARE!! Event1013 puts out "multiple" contracts for the same day events per their rep. They will book the space out from under you within less than 24 hours (actually minutes) even though they send you a contract, engage in negotiations with you regarding the contract and make adjustments to the contract to add services. While you are waiting for changes to the contract so you can sign or to issue payment (again within less than the same 24 hour time span) Event 1013 will book with another party. They will NOT tell you they are working with multiple parties or even one other party while working through your contract - so you will have no idea there is any urgency to sign or pay in less than the 24 hours. You only learn this AFTER they have booked the other party and they tell you the space is no longer available. If you receive a contract per Event 1013, they refer to a 24 hour period in their email - PLEASE NOTE that 24 hours refers only to a "soft hold" that ONLY applies once you SIGN the contract and it gives you ONLY 24 hours to pay. If you don't pay in 24 hours you are back to square one. Do not be ... Don't make the mistake of relying on any communications from Event 1013 unless and until you and Event 1013 have signed their contract and you have paid b/c you will be blindsided by the rep that is making changes to your contract with news that they accepted someone else's signature and payment instead. Would suggest that you sign with bare basics and pay if you want the space, then go back to make any changes to the contract after the fact b/c while you are adding things someone else is taking the space without you even knowing it.
