We could not have asked for a better day of coordinator! I would have trusted her with planning my whole entire wedding if I weren't the type of bride who wanted to do it all myself. Vanessa is a warm, and caring person who pays full attention to detail, has an amazing demeanour, is super organized and knows just when and how to be "bossy" in just the perfect way to ensure that everything you dreamed of happens just right!! I could not, for one second have done this without her. If you are planning a wedding on your own I would strongly consider her as a wedding planner or day of coordinator, she will make your day a wonderful, beautiful, memorable success!! Love ya Vanessa! Vanessa and her team worked with us for nearly two YEARS to plan our wedding and bring our vision to life. Her professionalism, dedication, great ideas, and enthusiastic embracing of our vision made the day into a resounding success. Wedding planning during a pandemic is certainly not easy, but Vanessa helped us through every step of the process, most of it virtually.

From our very first meeting, we felt that she instantly understood our vibe and our concept, and she worked tirelessly to bring it to life: Chasing after non-responsive vendors, adapting to COVID shutdowns, making helpful suggestions when we needed them, and keeping us on track and (mostly) sane throughout. Despite a packed schedule and many commitments, Vanessa always made time for us when we needed her, jumped in to help whenever we hit a planning roadblock, and was our cheerleader, spreadsheet manager, advice giver, and reality check throughout. Her vendor suggestions were excellent and within our budget, and she is transparent about pricing and doesn't work on commission. We had a lot of unique and custom requests and ideas, and she worked with our selected vendors and happily followed our lead on anything we requested.

On the day of the wedding itself, she and her team arrived onsite early and took charge of EVERYTHING -- room setup, vendor and delivery management, timing, cues, you name it. We could completely relax and let go of everything, knowing she and her wonderful coordinators Shane and Clara had everything under control. All the details were taken care of, from moving the cocktail hour indoors when the cold weather thwarted our outdoor plans, to hand-lettering our chalkboard signs, to even fixing a groomsman's shoe when it imploded! We were able to just dance and mingle and enjoy ourselves because we didn't have to worry about anything. It was such a joy.

We had the best day ever, so thank you Vanessa for making it happen. Hire her hire her hire her!
