My wife and I have just returned from an amazing three weeks touring in Spain and Italy. We had never been to Spain so asked our agent Ken Higgins for a suggested program. Wow. We had the perfect experience of culture, history and food and Ken’s recommendation for small, centrally located hotels was faultless. When we had guides they were experienced and personable and tailored our experience to match our interests and knowledge. We had a health issue in our party and Ken took immediate control of the changes to bookings and we received a full refund for that couple. It would not have been possible without the involvement of the agency.

Our travel agent is Liz Thompson and she recently organised our family holiday to Port Douglas. Liz listened to our needs and requests and met these perfectly. Liz is well travelled so she was able to give great insight about the area. She found us great accommodation located close to the beach and not far from the centre of town. It was clean and the daily breakfast inclusion was a bonus and enjoyed by all of us. We were referred to Liz by friends and we would have no hesitation recommending Liz. We are now getting Liz to organise another holiday for us.

I have dealt with Stewart from Travel Associates for a few years now and he has always been great in responding to queries or issues. Like many people, we had to reschedule and ultimately cancel our trip to the US due to COVID19. This is a rather complicated process and Stewart took care of all the steps required to get refund from both the Airline and tour operators while keeping us in the loop as the process moved forward.
Stewart is extremely knowledgeable on all things travel related and has made some great suggestions for both Hotels and Restaurants in Hawaii. Very much looking forward to locking in our next adventure with Stewart.
