I have bought two items now for my peugeot both times they were cheaper than dealers and info about items was spot on ,for European parts these guys are very easy to work with I am in lakes entrance the shipping took less than 24 hours great 👍 job guys.

Refusing to take back a clutch returned within 30 days. They were rude and refused and wouldn’t make an exception so now my partner is stuck with a $1000 clutch he can’t use. unreasonable customer service. Never seen a business run so black and white with no empathy or regard for the customer and their situation. Shop elsewhere! Edit. It turns out they actually supplied the incorrect part, a clutch that didn’t fit the car it was intended for. My partner ordered with the engine number and it doesn’t fit. I didn’t realise he had communicated with them before I went in and he was told to just bring it in on the phone. They’re claiming it must have been their Sydney office. He sent photos to verify this and they’re still refusing to rectify their mistake. They refused even after I informed them of this after finally getting my partner on the phone as I knew he wouldn’t send me back to return a part without a good reason. I asked them to check their notes on file. They refused. This one will likely have to go to consumer affairs. By law they have to refund it but they refuse. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

I have bought parts from them for approximately 20 yrs for my 4 French hot hatches. I tried to return some brake discs which were bought for a road worthy but not needed, and was told they were a few days after the 15 day return policy. They would not take the unopened product for return nor negotiate despite being a regular customer for 20 years! Their stock is much more limited these days and they offer very poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again and would not recommend them to others…..

Very disappointing
Been dealing with them for years and everything was good.
Got the wrong part and after I tried to return it been told because the packaging was damaged they won't take it back even though I offered to pay for the damaged packaging.
Couldn't find a solution and wouldn't credit, take the part back even partially!
Will report further to consumer affairs!

WARRANTY: Bought spark plug leads and when tested one lead had 10 times the resistance than the other four leads. Returned to EAI and they advised they would have to be returned to the distributor for testing. They promised to send to distributor and get back within a week. I called back four weeks later, and they said they had not check the product yet. Later they called back and said they had tested them and claimed there was nothing wrong with the leads and refused to process refund. Advised the reason they could not test them when I returned them was the person who tests them, was in house and he was on holidays. This statement was different to the previous statement that they had to be returned to the distributor's for testing. This phone call was six weeks after first purchased and pointed out that when I need parts for my car, I cannot wait six weeks.

I have been a customer of EAI for over 30 years and always been happy with their service. I suggest they could have tested the leads, in front of me, when I returned them, and then there would have been no argument. By the other one star reviews for EAI, that are also about EAI not honouring warranties, it would appear they never had any intention of giving me a refund for the faulty product.

As with the other one star reviews, I concur that the story EAI tell me changes each time I speak to them.

i always get great service because i am a very attractive man. however, i have also reccommended them to far less attractive family and friends and they also claim great service.
so i don't believe the service i recieve is based on my looks, which is a nice change. to them i am just another valued customer.

If I could give zero I would. Had a warranty issue like all the other negative reviews and they refused to cover although they had no evidence to reject the claim. They are the worst to deal with and obviously don't warranty anything they sell. BUYER BEWARE
