James was amazing he needs a pay rise his doing the work of two people. He has to work the desk out the front also check in and out cars also clean all the cars and refuel them for the next lit if customers l really felt sorry for him you would think they would hire another employee to help which would keep waiting times down

Was told over the phone it would cost $1000 extra to swap drop off from airport to Mayfield West. Drive by Mayfield anyway and the staff were still on site and happy for us to leave the car here with no extra cost and providing a great customer experience to top it off.

Highly recommend. Scott is just excellent, really knowledgeable guy, knows his motors inside out. My own car broke down outside Newcastle so needed a rental to get back to Sydney. Scott did his utmost to get me the best possible option for a one way rental at good value. He even gave me some good tips to help solve the problem with my own car. The best customer service I've had at a rental company and a real asset to Europcar.

Will never hire a vehicle from Europcar in the future. Their procedure is terrible. Made me sign the initial inspections first before actually inspecting the vehicle . Lucky I took photos before driving off. It was only half filled up. I emailed head office and was advised that they have attached all details to my lease. When I returned the car with over half fuel tank, they sent me a bill to fill up the tank. Terrible service.
