Very happy with Europcar Campbellfield service. We had an accident and was entitled to a hire car by the insurance company. We were offered an MG initially. We told them it was too small for our family. They tried and after a few go found a Kia SUV which suited us nicely. Pick up & return was very smooth too.

No good.. I haven’t received my $100 that they agreed me to pay after I returned their MG zx car.. they promised that it will come back in 14 business days but it’s now like 10 MONTHS now..

Highly disappointed with them..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This place is a complete scam. They will automatically add additional charges without communication. The numbers on the invoice provided made no sense. Please read the other negative reviews because others have got through the same thing. They keep replying to reviews with a place to contact them but they are no help at all.
Side note - The rental car smelled absolutely rancid.

5 stars for the excellent customer service I received from Francis working at front desk. He's very polite and explained things through clearly. Such a lovely guy. The cars are great also. No issues with their cars. I recommended Europcar, fair prices for their cars.

The remote to the truck tail lift wouldn’t work. They wouldn’t pick up the phone or return my messages that I left. After talking to the complainants department for a part refund they they have to investigate even though I showed the guy it didn’t work and he left a note on my account. Happy to take your money quick that’s one thing.

Apart from the vehicle needed to be detailed, the late model Mazda was quiet good to drive. The staff were helpful with regards to advising on the type of insurance available.
