Cannot complain about our stay what so ever. Staff very friendly, Very clean, quiet at night, light doesnt come through curtains at night, easy parking. Comfy large rooms at good price.

Loved my stay here. Small room but more than enough for just myself. If cleanliness is super important to you then this is the place to stay. I was blinded by the shower, it was so white it could have been installed that day. I really can't emphasize how clean this room was, I'm sure even a blacklight wouldn't show anything.
Would definitely recommend!!

Stayed here travelling from Sydney to Melbourne. What an amazing find! The room was more like a small apartment absolutely pristine, beautifully designed. Comfortable bed, linen immaculately clean as with the entire unit. Although a brief stopover, the motor inn ticked every box. Easy to find, close enough to the freeway, double plus, no noise, lovely friendly warm greeting from the owner.
By the way, if you’re looking for a place to stay when heading to the Mornington Peninsula highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Excellent. Parking outside door. Great shower pressure with large fluffy towels. Great bed with extra pillows and blankets. Clean !!! Quiet. Cosy. |Blackout curtains would be good, aside from that is the perfect place to stay overnight on a road trip.

Ideally located just a short drive from the main highway and giving easy access to the tourist and dining facilities for weary travellers. Room was clean, in good order and at a reasonable price for a comfortable stay. Nice outdoor grassed BBQ area and the potential for a dip in the pool in warmer weather.

Exceptionally warm, welcoming and helpful. Unplanned stay due to our car breaking down late on Sunday evening. Staff went above and beyond to assist us. True blue Aussie country hospitality. Room was very clean, fresh and warm. Great nights restorative sleep.
