Hugo is a very condescending agent over the phone. I was very interested in a listing he currently has for some unsuspecting vendor in Seaforth but unfortunately he didn't have the social skills to discuss it with me properly (prospective buyer).
I do not recommend using Hugo Ortega as your agent, he has not got the patience nor inclination to give your listing the justice it deserves.
Do yourself a favour and find someone else with more respect to do the right thing with your property.

Would give more than 5 star if I could, Lu and Hugo are the best agents I ever dealt with from a buyer's point of view. Very professional, friendly and responsible. Free coffee to welcome potential buyers, very attentive to our questions and needs during the house inspection, lots of follow-ups to make sure interested buyers are taken care of. Compare with many other multi-millions water front properties they sell, the one we visited was only a simple entry level home, but their professionalism and passion for the house was not compromised at all. Although I didn't 100% like the house itself, I was amazed by their unbeatable level of service. If I think about selling my house in the future, Etch will be the first agent to go.
