I'd like to say how happy we are with Estia Bexley since we placed our mother in there a year ago. We had quite a bit of trouble to get the best outcome for my mother through Centrelink Aged Care in Canberra, & it ti=ook quite a while, in fact almost a year to sort out our affairs & get the correct amount to be charged. I must say that during thia whole process Estia was extremely patient & supportive always. I have no doubt that any family that is looking at placing a family memebr in care, I would not hesitate to recommend Estai Bexley & the fantasitic staff there Kam, Manoj, Gail & many other carers.
Estia is definitely to be considered.

Estia Bexley by far is the best age care home. I had to view a few homes for my mother and the moment I got there I was greeted by their amazing receptionist. Their etiquette above all is what impressed me the most - other facilities would turn you done if you didn’t have a down payment not Estia. Facilities are clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, nothing is never too hard for them. What I liked is how they decorate the place with various celebrations eg, cultural days, Xmas .The way the staff interact with the residents is like a big family My mother was treated so well she is back home and in good health. Thank you Estia for your service and support.Highly recommend it.

Difficult to get into. They are very picky ,especially when a carer exhausted needs respite. Only about money ,they only take in permanent residence, and the easy to look after residents .
No support what so ever from them....Estia Bexley....
I have no time to reply....and if I did, no outcome from you,gives you work to do to stay in a job. I have caring for my mum to do,if you know what that is....

The staff we excellent the aged facilities on the premises we spot on would recommend any loved ones to utilise that facility 5 star experience for our family and our father during his stay

Very happy with this facility. Staff are very friendly, the place is very clean and most importantly they look after my dad very well. I cannot find a fault. Thank you to all the staff in Eddystone.
