Great tour history that is well preserved alot of relics beautiful place to explore. Went with my family low cost recommend stopping by Autumn great time to visit the mountains ⛰️ 😀

This visit was to see the grounds of the museum. Enjoyed wandering around and the beautiful colours of the autumn poplars in the street. Will go back one day to visit inside the museum.

Lovely Tour guide Fiona was informative, curious and authoritative on local history. It is said that the owners married for inheritance and There were no children sired in the bed room... Ha ha, Ironically at the same time there was a bee conference on seeding flowers and the servants quarters had bars on the window so the convicts did not buzz off and seed the local flowers .lol

A very well curated museum. One of the best I have seen for layout and local historical knowledge. The staff and volunteers are very knowledgeable and were a joy to chat to. Well worth a visit.

What a wonderful building. We visited to learn something about our ancestor, Alexander Binning. How wonderful to meet Fiona, who shared her knowledge with us! We will be back.

Wonderful historic house and museum dating back to the 1840's.
The grounds are beautiful and the museum collection is full great history.
