We did the self-guided e-bike tour to Tapanappa winery and had the BEST day. Definitely more appropriate for intermediate riders rather than beginners, but a great way to explore the Adelaide Hills and enjoy stunning views from the summit of Mt Lofty. Thanks to Ian and team for looking after us.

Rented 4 bikes for 10 days in October riding about 70-80 km per day. The bikes were so good. Battery charged quickly and were powerful for big hills with packs on. Joel at Escape Goat did an amazing job helping us get set up for the trip as we’d flown in from interstate. He was creative and helpful when we had issues with mounting screws. Ian was helpful throughout the process. Great guys, great bikes, great trip.

I really enjoyed the Mclaren Vale winery tour! The morning ride through the national park was great - we saw kangaroos and koalas, the scenery was outstanding and the riding was challenging and fun. Cycling between the different wineries and breweries in the afternoon was great too. Overall the day really exceeded my expectations! Thanks Ian 🙂

Had a great time hiring an e bike from Escapegoat. Iain couldn't have been more helpful. Set up a self guided route on Garmin for us. 40k covered with wonderful trails and views from Mount Lofty.
Couldn't fault the quality of the kit and the friendly service.

We went for a winery tour ride with Ian. The weather at the start of the day was a bit rough but Ian was happy to delay our start until it cleared up so we could ride in the dry. The trail we took was great (very picturesque) and pretty easy riding on e-bikes (the bikes were great quality), Ian was super knowledgeable of the area and took us to some great wine and food experiences. We will be back in the Summer too to do it all again as this ride would be even more incredible with the sun out. Thanks for a great day.

Our squad did participate in the beginners/intermediate course and every one of us have left as a better rider! If you like MTB and want to get better, or get rid of bad habits, this is a course for you! Ian is amazing! Small group setting allows for everyone getting the right amount of attention, guidance and support. The course was held at an amazing location, introducing us to new trails! Highly recommend!

Spectacular Wine and bike tour

This tour has exceeded our expectations! We consider ourselves novice mountain bike riders and found the experience had a little bit of everything to challenge our skills riding through single trail tracks, on wide 4WD trails with slight inclines and on fast downhill roads with a couple of hairpin bends.

Thanks to Ian for showing us a great time! He was very considerate in guiding us safely through the trickier parts of the trails and getting us to the spectacular viewpoints in the Onkaparinga National Park.

We had so much fun on this tour and the added bonus of visiting a couple of wineries and chilling on the lawn at a micro brewery at the end was the icing on the cake! This is the best way to see McLaren Vale. Everyone should give this a try at least once.
