We had a blast doing Christmas Calamity, such an awesome family experience.. our teenagers are raving about it - thanks for the great memory - we completed and got the key to the sleigh with 4:30 mins to go ! We’ll be back 👍👍

Husband and I were here a couple of weeks ago when we were heading down on a week long trip in Melbourne and binged quite a few escape rooms. This was the first cab off the rank. We did their seasonal holiday room, Christmas Calamity. It was fun with all the side puzzles but it was so hot in there. I'm guessing they had issues with their cooling system as they had a giant portable industrial aircon in the lobby. The small fan in the actual room was not enough. And we were stuck on a puzzle for ages because the host neglected to tell us that our phone would be required for a QR code in there. Frustration of the puzzle and the high temps were not a good combo. I'm glad there was a chair I could sit on, felt a little light headed at times. We still had fun though.

1st time ‘Escape Room’ venturers and ‘The Heist’ was so much fun. The set up allowed everyone to have a role and contribute (which was great for the younger ones), and it was challenging -there were so many ‘aha’ moments when a riddle was cracked. Staff were friendly and supportive throughout the game and I loved how they stayed in character when giving a needed hint. We will be back for sure!

We completed the "Heist" escape room as a team of 5 for our work Christmas party. We had such a great time! We managed to solve all the puzzles with 1 minute to spare, and it got us talking and brainstorming - definitely a good 'team building' exercise. The host was very informative and clues were helpful without giving away too much. This was the first time all of us had completed an Escape Room, and we really enjoyed it - keen to go back and try another!
