We did a private 4WD and sea kayaking day tour with Elliot today. I could only say that it truly was EPIC! We were incredibly lucky and Elliot was a wealth of knowledge! We saw 3 out of 4 birds of prey, had close encounters with 2 pods of dolphins, 2 lots of humpbacks and a sea turtle to boot! Plus many smaller bird species. Aside from being lucky, it was definitely down to our guide’s knowledge of the surroundings and the animals’ behaviours. Only wished we had a Go Pro!! Definitely recommend. Thanks Elliot!

One of my favourite surf lessons ever 🙂 I’ve been on quite a few from including in Byron and on the North Shore and this one was probably up there as one of the most beautiful. We spotted whales on the drive, turtles as we were surfing and the waves were literally creating rainbows as we surfed haha. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable about Noosa, the wildlife and surfing. They seemed to cap the lesson itself at a smaller group number which meant that we had plenty of space to surf the waves and 1:1 time with the instructor. I definitely recommend if you’re in Noosa 🙂 (plus there were Tim Tams as the post surf snack)

Nick our guide was absolutely amazing, had a fantastic day 4WD to double island point and then into the kayaks, unfortunately didn’t get to see dolphins but saw many fish and turtles, would definitely do again and highly recommend. Beautiful area of the world that’s otherwise hard to access. Thanks again to Nick and the team at epic ocean adventures!!

We joined the 4x4 bus today, heading over the Noosa River cable ferry to the North Shore. We headed around 45km north towards Double Island Point. Our guides kept us informed about possible wildlife sightings on the way. We cut over to the northern beach and got into kayaks. We paddled out through the surf and were rewarded with a pretty close sighting of a humpback whale closely followed by a turtle and the a large pod of dolphins! The dolphins hung around for quite a while. A sea eagle even flew over us! We headed back in through the surf and had a lovely drive back to Noosa. A great trip - highly recommend.

Mooie trip waarbij vooral de maritiem bioloog veel kon vertellen over het zeeleven.
Ook de crew waren aardig en behulpzaam.
De lunch (smakeloos) en de snacks zijn niet bijzonder.
