Hi. I really enjoyed my experience with Enterprise car hire. Pam was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The Hilux was relatively new and had no issues. A big thankyou to the girls at Enterprise Rent-A-Car-Rockhampton Airport for kindly looking after us when we messed up our online booking. They were efficient, but most importantly they were pleasant and willingly helpful. As we were travelling because of a sudden death in the family, it made the whole experience a little less stressful.
We would definitely use and recommend your service again.

Would give a zero if I could.
Manager cut our holiday short telling us the car was already booked out.. "it wasnt at all" double charged us then while calling to let us know she had refunded the double charge started abusing us saying that she won't be and doesn't rent her cars out to people like "you" after having rented her car out for the past 5 days.

Appalling, check your accounts to make sure your not double charged if you use this place. And pray that you don't have to deal with the manager 😂😂🙌
