Shane from Enterprise Car Rentals at Beverley was the kindest and helpful agent for our trip to Adelaide. We were faced with delays on our connecting flight and he informed us that he would stay back to make sure we could pick up our car as we thought we would have to cancel our booking. He gave us some great recommendations of places to visit and was genuinely a great guy. Every time we visit now, we will only go through Enterprise at Beverley. The price was amazing and service was 11/10!!

Had a very pleasant experience with the service here - car was very new and fuel efficient. Mariah was extremely helpful and clear with her communication upon pick up and drop off. After returning the vehicle (and flying back home) my dad realised he forgot his hat in the car. Emailed the team and Jess got back to me right away and offered to post the item back to us. Was trading as Cedrent when I hired. Everything from booking, pickup to drop off was very good. Very helpful and accommodating throughout the booking process. Always professional and friendly. Price was good, I needed a 4x4 to tow a wake boat. No issues, sorted easily with pick up/drop off very easy.

Customer service fantastic! Shane at this location went above and beyond to secure us two last minute car rentals with a baby seat during the busy Easter long wkend! Generally enterprise service is good. But this one nearly charged me for minor scuffs on the wheels. Fortunately I had photos to prove that they were already there. I was assured at a different branch that you are not charged for small scuffs, so I am not sure what the guy here was trying to pull. Just reiterates that its extremely important to take lots of good photos of the car before it leaves the rental company.

I will always use this place when travelling to Adelaide. I hired a car there for two weeks over Christmas with my wife and three kids. The manager, Peter, was very friendly and helpful. The car was great and, most importantly, the price was easily half of competitors. For me, it's worth flying in and getting an Uber to the depot for the better price and great service.
