I thoroughly enjoyed the Intro to SUP with Elise. She was kind, informative and gave lots of helpful tips. The lesson went over all parts of the board, safety when SUP and lots of courage/encouragement to stand up and paddle. I will certainly be back! Thanks again Elise ?

Elise facilitates an incredibly fun, comfortable and empowering stand up paddle boarding opportunity. I utilised her skills and expertise for a come and try day with a group of young people. She comes prepared, with all the gear (including the stuff you’d likely forget) and maximises the time ‘doing’. Her facilitation wasn’t brilliant - inclusive and considerate of everyone in our group. Highly recommend Enliven for anyone looking to spend time outdoors, in nature. Worth both your time and money!

Had the most amazing time on surf camp this weekend, Elise and Kelsi went above and beyond to make the weekend relaxing and fun, I never once felt judged by anyone and always felt so supported by everyone in the group. I even managed to stand up for the first time while surfing and caught some waves on my own even though I was scared at first. The food was also so amazing and I never went hungry. Such an amazing experience and I’m so glad I did it. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

If you are thinking of giving some outdoor experiences like paddle boarding a try but think that you will be no good, loose balance and fall in, give Elise a call at Enliven she will put you at ease and before you know it you will be standing up on a paddle board! Elise is so kind and gentle with her teaching, she steps you through, she takes her time to make sure you get it just right and feel confident, she is very encouraging and enthusiastic, she makes it fun and you will want to go back again and again!!

Elise facilitated an entertaining and engaging private kayak for myself and my mum. This was more than just a kayaking tour, she also shared local history, First Nations perspectives and incorporated mindfulness opportunities into the experience. Her ability to collaborate with local businesses mean that you not only get to enjoy the magnificence of nature, you might also be able to enjoy the delicious locally made brownies too!

This experience with Elise from Enliven Outdoor Adventures was a huge amount of fun. Kayakking on the Coorong is a real treat. Slightly wild at the moment. So much better to do so with a group of adventurous women and two fantastic guides. Plenty of safe paddling. Great walks through the sand dunes.. a coastal walk exploring and tasting indigenous plants. Delicious picnic food provided. Quiet time to reflect and journal. What wasn't to love.

Sunset SUP was a little weather impacted which meant we were on the lake instead of the sea, but it was a very enjoyable evening nonetheless. Elise was a friendly and knowledgeable leader, and made everyone feel comfortable.
