These guys use the police to cover up staffing mistakes. Telling the cops someone has done a runner and getting them to chase them down when in fact the staff member stuffed up. Wasting public resources because staff are inefficient and accusing the public of running off when in fact they just can't follow simple payment procedures.
As someone who owns my own business I have to budget for staffing errors, I dont call the cops and lie to them to fix their mistakes.

You have a staff member name Sue outstanding service skills she is a asset to your company

On other issues if a long black coffee is $5 and it dosnt need milk or sugar why is a price increase was done I feel this impacts your sales and cups have been faulty in bottoms they leak and I feel it's a safety hazard to driver if consumer if in car also I feel safety spill little plugs should be offerd to customer as it's a service of care u should provide if the price you guys are charging and u guys should bring back the donuts and the Queen St bakry pies better product and a local company and keep money in our community I hope to see changes as I have go for my daily needs so please make changes
