New chapels especially the Wattle, beautiful and spacious.
Some feature could have had improvements and better planned and thought out unfortunately.
The rooms are equipped with taps but not only portable urns upon request.
Easily getting locked out if stepping out throughout the building, good sense of security but a total nuisance and hindrance while preparing for a service.
Restrooms are well designed and feel like you’re in a luxurious hotel.

The newly constructed visitors centre and adjoining chapels have clearly had corners cut. Most noticeable was the sound system in the Wattle chapel. For a funeral service, audio and visual is absolutely critical. The projectors are suitable for the visuals, but the ceiling mounted speaker systems are abhorrently poor quality, and unsuited for a chapel that size.

If music plays an important part in the service for your beloved one's passing, do not hold the service at these new premises (or hire someone professional to do the audio).
