Stephanie was our Wedding Coordinator at our wedding and at our reception on November 18th. What a gifted professional!! From the day we booked her services until the wedding, she was available if we had any question, and she stayed on top of everything. She was prompt arriving at our venue, and everything ran so smoothly! She is tremendous, and anyone who hires her for a wedding will be very impressed! She choreographed the whole rehearsal and wedding/reception with so much calm and professionalism. She and her assistant always put everyone at ease. Thank you so much, Stephanie and Cynthia, for making our special day even more special. You were such a blessing to us. Stephanie did the most incredible job with our wedding on March 4th, I could not imagine how lost we would have been during this process without her! She was extremely communicative, highly organized and really made the 9-month long planning process fun. Not only does she have a great energy, she is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry and planning process and thinks of even the smallest details that I nor anyone else would have thought of (when you’re planning a wedding, every detail matters!) She also has an eye for design which was very helpful when choosing centerpieces and linens and trying to ensure everything works cohesively from an aesthetic standpoint. If you are unsure about anything design related, ask her because I can assure you, she knows what she’s talking about! She truly went above and beyond to ensure our logistically challenging wedding day flowed smoothly so that we were able to relax and be present with our family and friends. I can say with confidence, choosing Stephanie to plan our wedding was the absolute best decision we could have made!

Best wedding coordinator ever!! When we first got in touch with Stephanie we had no idea where to start planning or what we had envisioned for our wedding. Stephanie planned the most beautiful destination wedding in Scottsdale, AZ for us. Stephanie guided us through every venue tour and vendor meeting and asked all the questions we didn’t even think of! Stephanie helped us with design tips for our wedding to flow all together and create the vibe we wanted for our special day. We had no stress the months leading up to our wedding. Day of, Stephanie and her team made sure everything was as we envisioned and the schedule was being followed closely. Our big day was a DREAM! I could not have enough good things to say about Stephanie & En Vogue Events. I didn't know where to start wedding planning & quickly came to realize I had very skewed expectations of what I wanted our wedding to look like & especially what wedding planning entailed.
Luckily, hiring Stephanie was my first step & she started guiding me through the process by suggesting venues, coordinating & attending all the site visits, & ultimately figuring out exactly the venue & wedding I wanted - even before I knew it myself.
Right away it was very clear that Stephanie isn't new to the Houston wedding industry - her knowledge & relationships with all of the vendors in the area is a true testament of how great she is at what she does. Stephanie and her team at En Vogue were incredible and were a pleasure to work with for several months leading up to our big day! Stephanie is an absolute delight and always made us feel important and made sure we were focused on both the big picture and the next steps in the planning process. She was always available to catch up over the phone or meet in person even late at night, was extremely flexible, and worked around our busy schedules (a nice change of pace from the many vendors who could only meet during business hours). En Vogue’s online planning tool is very helpful and has a lot of great, interactive functionality (e.g., detailed budget, progress tracker, interactive invite list and seating chart, etc.). The day of organization and help were amazing as well. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and went off without a hitch because of Stephanie and her team. We had many vendors to organize, a large guest count, and a large reception hall (the Corinthian), but Stephanie was able to coordinate everything perfectly, so we didn’t have to worry about the details. We would highly recommend Stephanie and En Vogue to anyone (we hired her for the full package, not just day of, and it was worth it!). Thanks so much for everything, Stephanie!!

WOW! My wedding is over and it was amazing. So many people commented how flawless and smooth the wedding was (and that it was the most fun wedding they had been to). Erin's tasteful design and management shown through the event. It was clearly our wedding and what we wanted, but she made it so much better and beyond what we could imagine. The day of the wedding I wasn't stressed at all because I knew Erin and Stacy had everything covered. They both made my day perfect and did little things, like filling up my champagne glass, setting up appetizers in another room for just my husband and I to have a moment alone, and fixing my dress after it ripped. I wouldn't have changed anything about my wedding experience with En Vogue and picking them was by far the best choice we made. I'm so sad my time planning my wedding with Erin is over. The whole process was so much fun and stress free with her.
