Emma was amazing in helping us plan our Indian - English wedding in May 2024. She first of all helped us find a venue after an incredibly long and fruitless search ourselves - knowing all the questions to ask and getting a great idea of what we wanted before we really knew! She then was instrumental in arranging and then coordinating with over 20 suppliers for an epic marquee wedding.
All the suppliers commented how brilliant Emma and her team was, they all knew exactly where to be and what to do, when.
She was able to refine our ideas into a design to circulate with prospective suppliers, and took over comms with other suppliers that we had found, making the whole thing so much less stressful. She even made all our beautiful stationary.
We had a long day with many moving parts, and thanks to Emma's organisation and her brilliant team it all went without a hitch - shepherding everyone to where they needed to be at the right time. She was also a huge support before the day and on the day itself.
I'd recommend Emma to everyone who finds the prospect of organising a big wedding a bit overwhelming or doesn't know where to start!

Emma has been the most exceptional wedding planner. I was quite sceptical about needing a planner/how much they would do but Emma blew me away. I honestly could not have pulled together what she did. She made my life so easy, taking my vision/ideas and giving me options making it easy for me to make decisions. The suppliers she introduced me to were also 5* and clearly she is well trusted and known in the industry. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The flowers were mentioned multiple times as being incredible and that is down to Emma (and the florist). Honestly my dream wedding, and the entire day went so smoothly. Not one thing went wrong and having Emma allowed me to sit back and fully enjoy the day. Thank you so much Emma, we are beyond grateful!

Emma and her partner did a fantastic job making our marquee wedding a success. We engaged her to act as a wedding coordinator for the weeks leading up to the wedding, and crucially helping us out on-the-day.

Emma was excellent at coordinating with our vendors a few weeks before the wedding to ensure that everything was properly organised and we hadn't forgotten any crucial elements. We're not experienced at organising large events like this, plus it was a marquee wedding so there was a lot we needed to organise ourselves as we didn't have a venue providing all the basics such as power, lighting, bathroom facilities, etc. Without Emma, we would have struggled to stay on top of all the vendors and would probably have forgotten something important. Emma's assistance here was invaluable.

In addition, Emma made our wedding day run smoothly, and allowed us to delegate key responsibilities to her. She handled all the organisation on the day, which we would not have had time to do in addition with everything else that was happening. There were some issues we ran into on the day (e.g. sound equipment malfunctioning, the bar running low on drinks), however Emma was able to handle everything highly professionally and keep things on track.

We would have no hesitation recommending Emma's services to other couples considering doing a marquee wedding. It's not an exaggeration to say that we couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Emma!

Emma is a wedding planner and coordinator extraordinaire! She came to our rescue at the eleventh hour when our original coordinator tested positive the week of our wedding. We were introduced by our venue and boy, are we thrilled that we were!

We met via Zoom two days before our wedding and ran through the whole process. We were very impressed with Emma’s ability to calm our nerves and pick up quickly on all the details in our run sheet, which she executed to perfection on the day.

It was wonderful having Emma as our day-of coordinator especially in the midst of a pandemic and a canceled/rescheduled/venue change wedding day. She took over a month prior and helped streamline supplier communications and logistics which was invaluable to my husband and me with everything else that wasn't wedding-related going on.
