This is the best place to get your rental and gear sorted. So much knowledge, they really look after you to make sure you’ll have the right gear for the mountain. We had rentals, chains, bought boots. Everything was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend these guys higher. 💯☝️🎿

Excellent - To cut a long story short - off to Japan and need gear for my 19yo as grown out of everything since last skiing. Had not purchased anything in AUS for 15years and not sure where to go, armed with a list from the internet of 4 places to visit on a Saturday, started with the closest one (who also happened to open the earliest).
Did not go anywhere else - Excellent. Good range, even for the off season with most things still available.
Service and Advice was Excellent - Thankyou to Ingrid and Mitch. My son (who is hard to get much out of let alone anything too positive) agreed and said unprompted "how good were they" Mitch was getting him sorted with helmet, googles jacket etc. It was too easy.

i want to shout to For Dough( he the guy with glases) !!! he so helpfull , he so friendly , he know what i need but i reckon not only me but everyone ! he knowledge & experience is beyond the information . he help me with my surfering ski boot ! he help me to choose correct size & ski , defo will come back again and and very bargain price and i promise that u will never bid other ski / snowboard shop ! Stopped in here for some replacement gear for the season. I got new pants and gloves both at great prices for the new season. The staff was super helpful at making suggestions to find the right fit with all the tech I was looking for. Highly recommend saying hello and getting all your gear sorted here. And we’re getting our rentals from their sister store in Heathmont on our way up the mountain this week! 🏂☃️💯

Always providing great service, even if you’re just buying a pair of mittens. The lady tested out multiple pairs of different sized mittens and gloves for my child and made sure it was a great fit. 🙂 I’ve also previously rented snow equipment and they’ve always been very helpful. So glad to have a local ski shop that’s always reliable for great service.

AMAZING service. Was just looking for new ski boots, but due to the great care and time they put into me (and making me feel really comfortable as I'm new to skiing and not hugely knowledgeable), I ended up walking out with some great boots, custom moulded. Best value purchase!
