Fantastic first experience playing paintball. Extraordinary customer service, they really look after you over here. Field is very well kept and safe to play on, loving that there’s many spots to watch the games going on (at the SupAir field). Community culture is very positive and involved. Thanks to my peers for referring me to this field, definitely will come back! Thank you to Kay and staff members and the cook (can’t remember her name sorry, but great food). Best paintball experience I’ve played 🫶🏻😄.

Our boys had a great time.
The games were structured and very well organised. The safety and instruction briefings were thorough and easy to understand.
All the staff were fantastic providing great customer service and knowledge.
The only downside was the very long delay to commencement waiting for paperwork and payments to be processed which may have been due to a lack of resources.
A great afternoon of fun and a great location, thanks Elite 1 Paintball.

Very disappointing. Too large a group. Having booked at 1pm I made the mistake of agreeing to an open booking, having been asked if a mother and 2 sons could join us. On the day there was approximately 15 additional players. We were booked to start at 1pm however due to the additional people and slow administrative process (only one person on the counter) we sat around waiting until we'll after 2pm. In addition 6 professionals joined the group making it more difficult for the less experienced to feel confident. There was significant poor language by this group of professionals and overall just a real let down. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but felt it was important to share our experience.

Very expensive and checking in takes way too long. Only one staff for 20 people, we wasted half of our play time on getting ready, just sitting around waiting for something to happen.

Highly recommended. Staff were awesome to deal with and very considerate towards the not so confident players. Overall its was a very enjoyable day out

The kids had a great Nerf war Birthday party... Games are very well run. Good area for food and cake
