This company has exceeded my expectations and been absolutely incredible in every single aspect. I don’t leave reviews often, but credit where it’s due! EVERYONE was in awe, including the hall staff - they described the decor as ‘on a completely different level to anything done at the hall before’.

Honestly, I was very nervous when looking for decorators and booking as there was no way to be sure. But Yousaf had really good communication with me from the beginning. He did everything to keep in touch with me and talk through everything with me every step of the way. It began with a consultation at their warehouse, I was shown all the options and even walked through their warehouse to see what they had. I wanted red and bold and regal/elegant theme. He regularly contacted me and sent ideas on whatsapp. Yousaf even sent me his own ideas of what could look good things which weren’t done before. I was regularly sent the package/set via email documents which had clear price through out, and exactly what I was paying for.

I booked them for my baraat day at an english hall. Yousaf made effort to travel nearly 2 hours to visit the venue and measure everything and see what they could do. Everything was custom and made to measure. It was obvious that thought had been put into making decor for THAT hall rather than just a standard set that had been used in my hall before by previous decorators which always looked drowned out.

They had the hall ready at the exact time that was promised (within about 3 hours from scratch!). My friends have even told me how much the team kept asking if they’re happy with what they’re doing, and consulting my friends through the wedding morning as they were setting up. My friends also told me that as the team were doing the walk way, they took care to even take their shoes off as they went on it so that it stays completely clean.

Not a single piece of decor was moved or cleared up before I (bride) had exited the venue, as requested and promised. They team stayed at the venue and so patiently waited until the event was fully finished before moving anything.

Everyone has praised the decor and it was worth every single penny that was invested. Majorly down due to the great communication that I received and how much thought and detail they put in. I have have added a few pictures of my wedding day for anyone else planning their wedding at the moment! ?

Huge thank you to Elegant Events for the service and stunning stage they provided. Was very professional and stuck by every word, huge thanks to Hussain from start to finish. They through in the stunning walkway which we didn’t expect and took us by surprise and made the wedding even more special as it changed the whole look of the place. Highly recommend these guys

Elegant Event Management recently handled the decor for our daughter's wedding and reception, and the results were absolutely glamorous and unique! Our guests, who traveled from around the world, are still raving about how lovely and distinctive the events were.

Yousuf was a pleasure to work with—very friendly, understanding, and patient. He took our ideas into consideration and adeptly executed the numerous changes we requested throughout the planning process.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend Elegant Events Management!

The Team @ Elegant Event Management made our wedding at Tatton Park so special. They did an awesome job planning and making sure everything went smoothly. The team was super nice especially Yousuf who kept us informed and updated from our initial consultation all the way to the day of our event.We loved how they turned our ideas into a beautiful reality. I just wanted to say thank you to Elegant Events and Leo for creating the look I wanted for my big day. I was amazed as I walked into the marquee to see the set up. All the guest complimented how great the decor was. I can’t thank Leo enough for putting it all together so well. He was really easy to work with too.

I would give zero stars if I could.

Ruined my wedding by bringing the wrong/ cheaper decor items on the day. Including wrong stage chairs, wrong stage decor and cheaper centre pieces when we paid for the premium.

He then stopped picking up my calls on the day after he said he’ll try and fix it and get his workers to bring the right stuff.

Caused me unnecessary stress on my big day and would not give any refund, just stopped replying to me.

Avoid at all costs, he clearly cannot do business or anything right.
