EB2 is a great product with excellent product support. Easy to set up and install and the app makes it easy to configure the system for different towing situations - I tow a car float and you can set up profiles for both a loaded or unloaded trailer.
Also love the fact that you don't need to modify the tow vehicle, no drilling holes to mount a brake controller under the dash and run or extra wiring.

I’ve been using Elecbrakes for several years now, and it has been a fantastic product from day one. It’s incredibly easy to set up and use, and the integration with car screens makes towing even more seamless. I was so impressed that I recommended it to several friends, all of whom purchased it and have been equally as happy with their experience.

Great product and fantastic service.

We have been using Elecbrakes on our caravan for 5 years now, and it has been great. Makes towing very easy.
Over 5 years we have had two issues.
- The remote control case developed a warp in the plastic, and Elecbrakes quickly replaced it, no questions asked.
- Recently the bluetooth connection started becoming intermittent. Jeremy at Elecbrakes patiently helped me isolate the problem. I send the unit back for testing, and within 24 hours they offered to replace the unit, even though it was long past the warranty period.

A great company - I wish more suppliers were like them.

Easy to use, very responsive, company easy to deal and very helpful. I use my unit on a horse float and could not be happier. There are different settings for different loads eg: one horse, two horses, empty. These settings are also very easy to alter should you need too or if you use a different vehicle. Very smooth ride!!

Great company to deal with. I've been using there brake controller for five years. The Bluetooth ended up failing. It was a long time out of warranty but they gave me a great good will deal on a new unit. These units work perfect and connect to android auto. You have full control and different programs you can set. So much better than the red ark unit I have. Simple to install and connect. Highly recommend. Thanks elecbrakes for great service.
