Be aware what they don't tell you is that there income protection is done through a 3rd party company QBE and absolute work experience of my life when I broke my wrist trying to deal with that company, lied about everything made me wait 6 weeks until payment when I wasn't able to work. Even though my policy states that 7 days stand down then payment that's the reason why I went with these guys 10 years ago. My policy was $118 month now it's gone up to $290 a month that's just ridiculous nothing else has change on my policy would not recommend at all and please ask who the claim will actually be dealt through.

Had insurance with Elders insurance it DOUBLE I asked to why they said agent will call back so two weeks later no return call so I closed my account and they keep debuting my bank account a month later .
Very poor service
