Recently engaged Peta from Elders Emms Mooney to sell two of our investment units and would highly recommend.
Given she is relatively new to the industry, she is actually a breath of fresh air.
Honest, realistic, engaged, professional, communicative, friendly, and dedicated- all the things you want in an agent who's trying to do their best for you.
Peta got us solid results for both units and made sure us as vendors, existing tenants, and the buyers were all well looked after.
Again, would highly recommend.

Bailey is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Let's start at the beginning.
We came to view a property in April this year, where Bailey was 15 minutes late to show it to us. That's fine, but if it was the other way around, you can imagine it wouldn't be okay.
We had our application accepted, set to move in on a Monday.
We had to delay our removalists (from Sydney) on Monday by THREE HOURS because Bailey made a mistake doing the ingoing inspection on the Friday. We were supposed to get the keys 9am Monday morning, but he advised us that we couldn't collect them until he had gone out to the property and redone the inspection. So that was a 3 hour delay for us.

We moved in, and we didn't have a red bin. We let Bailey know that the red bin wasn't at the property and he advised us that he would order us one, but there would be a delay.
This lasted weeks.
We ended up contacting the council ourselves to chase it up, only to be told they hadn't received any order for the bin from him, but that they would order us one.

Bailey was consistently ignoring or replying days later to our emails, at one point (after months of back and forth repairs and issues with the toilet), we requested a repair again because the issue kept happening and the toilet kept overflowing into our back yard.

Bailey assured us he would get an emergency plumber out to us after 5pm, but come 4:30 Bailey turned his phone off and we hadn't heard anything else about the plumber. We contacted the plumber at 7pm after waiting all day to see if they would be sent out, to check when they would be attending, only to be told that Bailey hadn't asked the plumber to come out.
We were left for over 36 hours with no working toilet and having to drive our children to the public toilet whenever they needed to go.
It took months for Bailey to organise pest control for the pests he marked as present on the ingoing condition report, because he refused to acknowledge that he had marked it.

We then had more issues with the plumbing, and the plumber ended up contacting us and letting us know he would just come out because Bailey never responds to him in time.

We then had (and are still having) issues with a significant roof leak. When requesting that repair and following up, Bailey yelled down the phone at my husband (after we spoke to fair trading) stating that he "wouldnt be threatened by fair trading" and "maybe we will deem the property uninhabitable and move you along"

He also marked that there were electrical and gas faults at the property, but when we've asked about it he says there isn't.
After that, we sent an email to the management of Elders emms to let them know the issues we had been having with Bailey and were advised to include Emma in our emails.

Emma was wonderful and informative, keeping us in the loop with repairs and updating us on any communication from the landlord.

Abysmal response times to a property enquiry, still no info two weeks after enquiry - had to chase up only to get terse "I'll get back to you".
Definitely wouldn't recommend selling/buying from Elders.

This review is for Hugh... if you say you are going to call someone so they can spend approx 10k on clearing sale items than please do it,this vendor could now be missing out also as it was less of a bidding war (this is why clearing sales are set up in such a way)

Looked up the incorrect names on TICA and was rejected for a rental beacuse of it upon searching our actual names no results were found now they are lying saying i have a result
