Just to be aware Tues 3.2.25 the air tyre isn't working properly, a car was already parked & left there. The girl working at EG was very helpful & came & gave me a hand.

The person behind the counter is rude and has absolutely zero customer service skills. Will avoid this servo in future. More to this I got a dodgy tank of fuel from this station. My DPF warning illuminated the day after I filled at this servo and stayed illuminated for two weeks until I filled up today at my usual servo and the light went out in the 20kms I travelled to work....

Very bad customer service and displaying. On the display it had 2 chips and it said it was 5$ when I went to the cashier he said they were 5$ each. So I then I told him to give me one of the chips then and he gave me the wrong chips and also had a very bad attitude. Wouldn’t recommend unless going for fuel.

Too expensive for fuel, not sure why their rates are always very high compared to others nearby. Also unfortunately there was a long cue and one assistant just on his phone rather than serving. Even though he saw the line until his co-worker told him to serve. Might need work on their customer service.

Just been there for fueling up minutes ago, the operator is totally non responsive, I was holding my rewards card in my hand and also in my mobile to know the mobile barcode working or not, when I was about to ask the operator she just scanned the barcode in my mobile and processed payment, after getting my receipt I got to know my rewards or discount wasn't applied, I have asked the operator, it seems I didn't got the discount. then she replied your barcode wasn't working...
If she said it a bit earlier then the payment I could have provided my rewards card to get my discount. My conclusion is please respond to the customer, don't just act and work like a robot or a vending machine. I wasn't talking about the discount money I'll just think I have thrown some dollars in your store.
It is the operator mistake also supervisor who is looking after her, I accept you guys are dam took busy with around 2500 to 4000 customers per day, but don't be a vending machine, please respond to customer concerns.
