Sara and her team were absolutely amazing! The catering was the highlight of our wedding night—every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and many said it was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. I didn’t get any photos of the food because it was so delicious that our guests couldn’t resist finishing it off before I had a chance!!

Sara’s professionalism and attention to detail made everything run seamlessly, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the initial planning to the execution on the day, everything was handled with such care and precision. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We had the pleasure of having this team cater our wedding back in September and I can’t thank them enough! For our DIY venue, we wanted a local caterer who offered share plates and didn't add huge additional charges for kitchen setup and crockery – and they were exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we sat down for the tasting and had that first bite, we knew they were the perfect choice. The food was absolutely incredible, and we can't wait to dine at their restaurant again!

We received so many compliments on the food – not just for how delicious it was, but also for the abundance of it. Guests were amazed that they were able to serve such hot, tasty dishes without a full kitchen. Many of our friends are now interested in booking them for their weddings, with some already confirmed!

The service, attention to detail, and overall quality are unmatched. We've been recommending them to everyone, and the feedback we’ve heard is that it was the best wedding food they've ever had.

Edge hospitality recently catered my daughter’s wedding & did an exceptional job! Sara was amazing to deal with, excellent communication & service. Our food tasting by head chef Paul was also a wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

We had high expectations when booking Edge Hospitality for our wedding, spending approximately $15,000 for 200 guests, believing they were professionals in this field. Unfortunately, they turned out to be the most difficult vendor to communicate with and respond to our requests.

The biggest issue was their complete failure to provide the late-night snacks we had planned. We were given a deadline of 3 PM on Wednesday to add them, and we sent our request at 1 PM—well before the deadline. Despite providing them with screenshots and forwarding the original email as proof, they claimed they never received it and dismissed it as a "security issue."

To make things easier, we even offered to supply pre-made cheeseburgers for them to serve, so they wouldn’t have to prepare anything themselves. Yet, they still refused, stating they couldn’t assist in distribution. This was extremely disappointing, as it was such a simple request that would have made a big difference for our guests.

Out of all the vendors we worked with for our wedding, Edge Hospitality was by far the worst in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. Everything else about our wedding was perfect—except for their failure to deliver. If I could do it again, I would choose another caterer without hesitation.

If you’re planning a wedding and want a reliable, responsive team that actually cares about your requests, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Edge Hospitality turned what should have been a seamless experience into unnecessary stress. They didn’t deserve to be part of our special day.

Update: Also we requested the wedding cake be distributed to all the guests tables. We specifically noted this but was notified today that they distributed the cake onto the BAR instead? Our guests reviews with the catering was appalling.

After a hiccup with another catering company being unable to make the day, Edge Catering were able to jump in and save the day - it was honestly meant to be.

Edge catering we’re absolutely INCREDIBLE to deal, took the stress away and made our day a dream. The team were responsive, made us feel so well looked after and we’re more than happy to accomodate our requests in building beautiful new pasta dishes for our wedding day. The service on the day was impeccable, the food was delicious (I had lots of great feedback!) and portion sizes were perfect.

Our wedding was at Acacia Ridge Winery and I felt that the teamwork between the winery and Edge worked seamlessly together to ensure the night ran smoothly.

I couldn’t recommend them anymore and cannot wait to revisit their restaurant, Bianchet, again to eat more of their amazing food.

We couldn't be more thrilled with Edge Hospitality for our wedding on the weekend! From the beginning, the planning process was seamless and enjoyable. Sara, our planner, was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure every detail was just right. On the night of the wedding, the food was exactly what we had hoped for, and our friends and family couldn't stop raving about it. We had guests from the UK and NZ who were particularly impressed by both the venue and the delicious food. The calamari was a huge hit with our friends, the beef was incredible!! We have never had Greek Donuts before but they were my favourite thing on the menu! We cannot thank the team enough for helping to make our wedding dreams come true. We will definitely be recommending your services to all our friends who are getting married! Thank you!!!!

My partner Jayden and I had the pleasure of using Edge Catering for our wedding on the 3rd of April 2022. Both Paul and Sara were absolutely amazing to deal with, they were always so accommodating at answering our many questions and putting us at ease as we navigated through wedding planning. We opted for the feasting style so our guests had a choice of what they would like to eat- their food did not disappoint, not only did it taste amazing but there was a large amount and there wasn’t a guest that went hungry! The most compliments we received on the night from our guests were about how incredible the food tasted and looked. Sara also helped to set up our wedding table décor which looked amazing! We couldn’t recommend Edge catering enough- Paul and Sara are some of the kindest and most dedicated people we have ever met!
