Wow! What an amazing place to stay in the flinders! Need 3 nights minimum to explore this area. We Booked for 2 stayed 5 nights. Camp sites are huge all with yr own fire ring. Views are to die for! If you love sunsets and bush walks and history this is the place for you. unique clean drop toilets sit and look at the view! Sheryl and Winston were wonderful hosts. Miss prickles added extra atmosphere to the office. Bunyeroo gorge is a must see. I rate this place 5/5. We will be back.😊

Set at the foot of the Flinders Ranges, staying at this huge sheep & cattle station was |a great experience. It is a working station with 3800 sheep. Our hosts, Michelle and Ron were very accommodating and friendly to the point of offering their 4wd vehicle to take into the depths of the station. Ron even offered to take us to Brachina Gorge. Nothing was too much trouble. |We stayed in the 3 brm house which lacked for nothing. Very comfortable, home away from home. Fully furnished and air-conditioned, plus wood fire and would you believe, 2 king size beds and one queen bed. |If we venture to the Flinders Ranges again, we will definitely stay at Edeowie Station.

This is pretty rough camping, with drop toilets and pretty exposed, sandy terrain. But the ground is flat and because you're on the plain you have an excellent view of the Ikara-Flinders Ranges western slopes, especially at sunset. There is a good hot shower (and fllush toilet) you can access about 5 mins drive away for a small fee. Lots of wildlife here, and old 19th century ruins you can explore. We observed owls, emu, euros and kangaroos, a possum, and a few small scorpions. Fireplaces could do with a bit of maintenance - I would hate to try to have a fire here when the wind picks up.

We experienced Edeowie station a few weeks ago and loved it. The views, scenery and changing colours of the Flinders ranges were a magnificent backdrop to our activities. Special mention to the managers Terri and Bob. Terri shared her knowledge of the area with special names of places and Bob never seemed to stop working. They both contributed to our enjoyable stay. Shared some special moments with the local Emu mob.

My friend and I just had the best getaway trip at these campgrounds. The stars were breathtaking & the scenery is priceless. Michelle was managing the place & she was the most inviting & hospitable lady ever!! Our car got bogged & Michelle spent 3 hours helping us get out of it. Not only that she called the locals to help us too, including Brian who saved the day. Lots of stories & the best experience ever to look back on. Definitely worth coming back in future!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in The House at this station. Our hosts David & Roxanne were very friendly & helpful.|The house was sparkly clean and well equipped & comfortable .|I would certainly recommend this to o anyone visiting the Northern Flinders. It is also a great place to base yourself to do day trips in the area.

Dirt road in and around the property. No Telstra service. Beautiful views of the west side of Wilpena Pound.
Non powered, Bush Campsites were spacious. You will see kangaroos on the drive in, if you drive slowly and are observant.
