Highly recommend this beautiful accommodation. Filled with nature, best place to get away from the city. It's quite scenic. It is close to a main road so you will hear cars. I found the cleanliness good and the room was just beautiful. I'd recommend sign posts to reception (there's sign for other places but not reception), once you drive past to park, it just looks like another accommodation room. Will definitely stay here again!

We had our wedding here and couldn't be happier. Anna and the team were amazing throughout the whole journey. They kept us on track and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day. The setting is amazing and the guests were all really impressed with the level or service and the food. Highly recommend.

This accommodation has a RAT INFESTATION. We are pretty relaxed people and put up with it while we were there as the first night we were only woken a couple of times and thought that being in the bush it may have gotten in from outside, plus, we figured there wouldn't be much they could do during our stay anyway. The second night was horrible - I woke 6 times and my partner another few on top of that. The rats were literally in the headboard of the bed!! There was rat poo throughout the cabin including on the kitchen bench. It was revolting. Judging by the amount of rat poo and the established tunnels we found - these rats have definitely not recently moved in. It makes me sick knowing that the "cleaners" must have cleaned up rat poo before our stay. We let management know ... not only did they decline a refund (despite being entitled to a full refund for vermin) they did not even apologize! In hindsight, we should have immediately left and found other accommodation and contacted Airbnb within 24hours of our check-in which would have forced them to refund our money. ||The stay started out seeming a bit generally unclean - hairs on the bathroom floor and unswept corners, all minor stuff that was a little off-putting but tolerable. The place looks like it would have been lovely about 30years ago - in need of some serious maintenance. I normally wouldn't have bothered to post a review complaining about these things but the rats and more concerningly - the lack of concern from management have driven me to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Find somewhere else to stay!

Depends what you expect! Our room was spacious, in lovely bush surroundings. But poor maintenance let this place down. The bush was lovely - but close to a main road. There was an abandoned car and bits of metal left by the side of the property road. Inside our unit, the fridge was too cold and froze everything (not a common complaint, I know!) and one of the the kitchen taps wouldn't turn off. The door frame had been attacked by termites, but at least this had been treated. There was no daily room service as you would expect in a hotel, but maybe that wasn't part of the deal. Other reviews mentioned rats - obviously this had been sorted - there were none in our visit. Adjacent restaurant wasn't open, and we drove to Mudgeeraba for meals. Enough facilities in the room for breakfast - microwave, toaster, jug. This property is also a function centre and I got the impression that was their main business. As accommodation - half hearted.

We recently had our wedding here and we could not be happier with how everything went! Through the entire process, including 3 postponements, Anna and the team were amazing, patient & supportive. The day & night itself ran so smoothly, it was a beautiful setting for both ceremony and reception, we had the best time and got lots of comments about how great the staff & food were.

This place has so much potential, but it would require substantial investment by the owners. Each of the buildings/rooms had issues with two being full of termites. All desperately needed some running repairs (so many lights did not work at all) and a good scrub and paint job. The owners are not easily accessible when arriving. They aren't on site and don't answer phone calls or texts for some time even though they know people are checking in on the day. I wouldn't recommend staying here in its current state.

What a lovely long weekend away we had here. Such a secluded spot, you don't even have to check in like normal accommodation. The keys are left in the door for you to just welcome yourself, which we loved after driving for an hour or so with our toddler wanting out of the car to explore. Was great not to have to stand inside at a reception to check in. Its also nice to be completely left alone and just enjoy in ultimate peace and quite. The warm welcoming music when you arrive is lovely. The spa is so nice and big. It fit myself, hubby and bub very comfortably. And it overlooks such beautiful rain forest terrain, its also positioned high up enough that no one could see in, leaving you feeling comfortable to strip off in front of the big windows surrounding the spa. The fire is so great to, they stock the crates full of ready to go wood with fire starters and matches etc. The venue does weddings, we went for a few walks exploring and it looks like the perfect setting around the lake with the rustic features of hanging frames, wooden barrels and beautiful ceremony area. The photos online don't do the place justice in our opinion. Highly recommend if you're looking for a lovely stay out of the city yet still very shot drive from Brisbane. Thanks Ecostudio!

Had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this fantastic venue. The pictures on the web site dont do justice to this amazing location. The food was just amazing, the staff so friendly and happy. The food kept coming in a very steady manner and it was just so yummy. The desert was so good. great spread of deserts.. will recommend without any hesitation
