Her meticulous planning started from day 1, when we started to scout venues according to our brief and budget. Elisabetta managed to pull off our luxury wedding in only 10 months.
I am a ‘Pinterest bride’ and had set the bar very high for what I wanted for our special day - every detail was met. All of the vendors Elisabetta works with are trusted professional vendors and had been fully briefed, even down to the colour of edible flowers in the cocktails!
She has great knowledge of every area of Italy, venues & events, I put my trust in her completely.

Exceptional communication, service, project management, and partnership. Elisabetta and her team are excellent wedding coordinators. When we first started looking at venues in Rome in Spring 2023, we were prepared to plan our entire wedding on our own; indeed, some of the people we met when we were deciding on villas told us we didn’t need a coordinator. We were so very wrong.

Elisabetta understood our vision right away and helped us put it into action. We are so grateful and impressed with her oversight of our celebration. It was clear from the start that we made the best choice.

I would also like to recognize the incredible job she did during the final preparations, especially in the days leading up to the wedding. Getting married in Italy has been a huge dream of ours. Being in California, we were extremely worried about planning a wedding in another country. There's a different time zone, a language barrier, budgets are different, etc...but Elisabetta made it so seamless, and extremely fun to plan a destination wedding in Umbria! She's upfront, honest, assertive, and extremely kind - all the best personalities to plan the perfect wedding. We would hire her, time and time again! Elisabetta did an amazing job planning our wedding in Rome. She’s super patient and has a great eye for detail. She worked really hard keeping the wedding in budget, which is such a difficult thing to do. In the end we were really happy with all the decisions we made to make our day perfect. Her recommendations for suppliers were spot on, especially with the caterers and the venue. They were absolutely the best in all of Rome. We spent many hours on video calls and in person in Rome discussing the many details we dreamt up together. The wedding day went by seamlessly, and utterly perfect. She’s also such a lovely person! Hands down the best wedding planner anyone could ask for.

We got married recently in Orvieto and Elisabetta is our wedding planner. We had to switch to Elisabetta from other planner 2 months before our wedding and it was the greatest decision we’ve ever made. Elisabetta and EBC Events were WONDERFUL! We came to Rome to plan our destination wedding and Elisabetta met us at a cute coffee shop to start planning! I instantly felt like she could be one of my friends! She is so sweet and friendly and was so so easy and fun to work with! She drove us around to beautiful venues and we had such a fun couple of days! Unfortunately, Covid ruined our wedding plans but Elisabetta worked hard to help with all of that as well.
