Chelsea was the best investment that I ever made! I can hand on heart say that the entire lead up, and my wedding day was 100% stress free because of Chelsea. I think even my family and friends were shocked at how relaxed I was!! Chelsea nailed my entire vision and everything looked picture perfect. The venue required all pack up to be done by midnight the night of our wedding, and this was no trouble for Chelsea. On the day she went above and beyond to make sure that I had food, drinks and was at photos when I needed to be (she also put my heels on at one point but that is well outside of her job description!!) At the end of the night, not only did she make sure that pack down was completed, she also handed out our beautiful flowers to guests so that they wouldn’t be wasted. She is absolutely worth every penny and if I could do it all again, she would be the first person on my list! Thanks Chelsea- you’re amazing!

We couldn't have been happier with Chelsea! Our day was effortless and just went perfectly! That wouldn't have been possible without Chelsea's amazing effort and incredible organisational skills!
We knew she was brilliant as our friends used her as their event planner for their wedding in Nov 2023, but she just blew us away. We're so glad we had her complete planning service as there is just so much that goes into planning a wedding that we knew nothing about. She made it simple - for each vendor she gave us a selection of options, information of what they offered and a quote and was happy to look into more for us. She was happy to change designs and give us further guidance when we couldn't decide what we wanted.
On the day she just appeared whenever we needed, directing family photos, holding bouquets, guiding all other vendors, assisting with sunset photos, hiding us for the dress change as well as setting up the venue to look incredible. I know all the other vendors appreciated how organised she was.

You will not regret booking Chelsea if you are getting married - even if you think you can do it all alone with no problems, she solves all the big and little things you would never even think of. We had no doubt she would be amazing as we had already been lucky enough to attend 2 weddings for our friends that she planned and were amazing. Experiencing it was still an entirely new thing and we literally didn't know it was possible to be so relaxed when planning a wedding. Any time we even had a passing thought about needing to do or check something in the planning process we already had an email in our inbox from Chelsea about exactly that. We are positive she was actually reading Hannah's mind on several occasions as a half baked and vague description over email always resulted in exactly what we had pictured or the even better version. We received compliments from all our other vendors about her organisation as well into the lead up which only solidified to us that we made the right choice to book Chelsea for her support so early in the process.

The day of with Chelsea was above and beyond anything we expected. Our day ran so smoothly, and again, Chelsea was always there the second we needed anything before we realised we needed it. Our entire bridal party commented on how amazing she was and how she made it so easy for them to enjoy the day and not feel responsible for anything except having a wonderful day and night with us. If we could give more than 5 stars we would always give the highest number ?

For our wedding, my husband, Zach and I had the absolute pleasure of having Chelsea from Easy as Events coordinate our wedding day. As soon as Chelsea came in to introduce herself, she had such an amazing positive uplifting energy and made myself and my then fiancé, Zach feel at ease straight away… We knew we were in good hands.

Chelsea made sure our day ran smoothly and regularly checked in on us while we were on location, having our photos taken to bring us refreshments and food and to make sure we were looked after. We felt like royalty on the most special day of hour lives.
