First contact with this agency was to book a 1 day Fraser Island Tour, through Grace.
Tour was perfect (and cheaper than what we had seen online) and Grace always available for my inquiries.
We, then, trusted them for 2 differents camper vehicles rentals we needed in Western Australia.
Grace has been "by our sides" all the time, always available and patient to my so many questions through the bookings and during our trip.
If you want to be well assisted all the way and get good price on your bookings you must choose them.

Recently finished a 6 week Cairns to Melbourne itinerary that I booked through East Coast Tours/Mr Travel/ Whitsundays Sailing and what an amazing trip it was thanks to East Coast Tours.

I originally found their website through their travel information pages that were very informative if I had chosen to solo book everything. I think this made the company very genuine as all that information is free.

I approached the company for a quote and produced an amazing itinerary for a very reasonable price. I was able to tailor it to my wants. Staff were always very prompt at responding to my emails and answering my queries.

Once I got to Australia all the excursions East Coast Tours booked me on were 5* and they have all been given Google reviews. I was also still able to adapt my itinerary too and get refunded as appropriate.

Walked past their office in Airlie Beach too. Looked very genuine- no sales reps trying to entice people in.

Overall would 100% recommend East Coast Tours if looking to arrive in Australia with a "plan."
