I am writing on to inform you that being out of town landlords who have been using your services for the past three years. It is with great disappointment that I must express our dissatisfaction with the level of service we have received. Despite our repeated requests for consistent preparation of our rental property, we have encountered persistent negligence and a lack of accountability from your team which has left us with bad reviews that’s clearly a lack of care or service on behalf of east coast getaways. We use you because we don’t want the hassle but it’s always a hassle

Each time we rent out our lovely home which we are very house proud we expect it to be ready for our guests, which includes having the pool filled, the outside area swept, and all rubbish and cigarette butts cleared away and garden weeded.
Unfortunately, these basic expectations have not been met on numerous occasions, and we are tired of hearing excuses rather than seeing results. Furthermore, when we attempt to reach out for clarification or resolution, our messages often go unanswered, and the responses we do receive are unacceptably slow.
The last issue was a gate that was reversed into by a client and no report was received when the entry and exit would have been hard as the gate was out of line.
Also the throws we leave were stolen and it was told that we should not leave them out as it’s our responsibility. So I should not leave a bbq or kettle because that could be stolen too. She is dismissive and has no idea a what customer service is.

Cushions – the cushions are being bought in after every guest, we take a photo of them every time. How did they disappear if they are bought inside? – It would be because the guest use them outside, they don’t bring them inside every time the use the outdoor area. As you are aware there was a massive storm here with high winds. You will have the records of were the cushion came from, you will need to order a replacement for the lounge.

Throw rug – we have requested for the throw rugs to be put away. We have replaced these in the past as a gesture of goodwill but we are not required to do so. We will not be replacing any more throw rugs. If you want these left out it is at your risk and you can replace them if required.

I was asking you how much time you want spent on the garden so we can budget within your means. We will ask the gardener to what is necessary to maintain the property.

Washing machine – The solution for the guest is for you to offer them compensation for not having a washing machine. You were aware this was faulty and it broke down on the guest. As you are aware, parts need to be ordered. This would never have happened in the time frame of the guest being there. If you want to offer the guest any compensation let us know.

The owner, Simmone, has been particularly dismissive and rude during our interactions.

We have made numerous attempts to address these issues directly, but each time we are met with defensiveness and abrupt end to our conversations. This lack of willingness to engage in constructive dialogue is both frustrating and unacceptable. It is clear that our concerns are not being taken seriously, and this indifference is costing us both time and money.

If you are looking for a truly terrible experience, then East Coast Getaways is the company for you. We are thoroughly disappointed and would rate your services with zero stars if that were an option. We urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues, as it is evident that your current practices are unsustainable and detrimental to your clients.

We hope to see significant improvements in your service in the near future. Otherwise, we will be forced to reconsider our partnership with East Coast Getaways.

Ceasars Palace was an unbelievably stunning property. Perfect position in the heart of The Entrance. Great spot to watch Chromefest for the weekend.
Amazing little coffee shop and pizza restaurant immediately downstairs. Everything within walking distance.
Fridge was not enough for an apartment that size. But property seems to be having an upgrade, so hopefully that's being replaced.
Good variety of pillows, blankets and very comfortable beds.
We look forward to coming back again.

We had a great stay at this unit! It was very spacious and located in a fantastic area, making it convenient for everything we needed. While the building itself is older, the unit was impressively clean. The only downside was the balcony decor, which could use an upgrade as some items were rusty. Dealing with East Coast Holiday Rentals was a breeze. Their instructions for picking up the keys and everything else were clear and simple, making the process stress-free. Overall, a pleasant experience!

What an amazing place to stay your beach holiday with your loved ones. Mesmerising view and so clean and tidy place. Only thing I found as negative, air conditioner in living room doesn’t work and it doesn’t bother a lot, it was a cool day outside. This is a great place for anyone who looking for a lovely & worth family gathering in a beach area.

I recently stayed at a fantastic Airbnb with stunning beach views, and I can't recommend it enough! The highlight was definitely spotting whales right from the comfort of the living room. The space was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. The host was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the ocean right at our doorstep was an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return!

We booked a holiday house through East Coast Getaways for the weekend at The Entrance North. The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. East Coast Getaways were great with providing all the information to check in and out. Will definitely book through them again one day. 100% recommend!

I stayed at 45 Gordon road long jetty, and my experience was alright. Leaks in roof, the owner came in at random times, the shower downstairs had a lack of privacy. But the location was amazing. Not to mention the driveway was so steep.

Perfect for us. We loved the 3bdm apartment with secure undercover parking at no extra cost, the views, the facilities and the location. The apartment was clean and the linen and towels provided were hotel quality. The spa was a bit cold for us, but that’s because our only time to use it was 9am in the morning. The sauna made up the luke warm spa, and of course the private spa-bath in our apartment. Wish we had the time to linger and stay much longer.
