We went to Fiji for our Honeymoon, and everything was handled by Ms. Alison Lund. She did a fantastic job at making sure that everything went smooth. My partner, my father and I had booked a 13 day cruise to New Zealand with Princess through Alison.

Throughout the whole process she was extremely helpful and gave us alot of information, she was also very prompt and thorough with her responses.

We used east Burwood travel for the first time August/September 2018. Sarah was our agent and her recommendations were outstanding and brilliantly planned out. During our 5 week holiday travelling Canada, Alaska,Vegas and Carbo San Lucas we experienced a little hiccup with our rail overnight part of our journey. Apparently Canada is known for trains not being reliable! As a result we had to change our plans. I emailed Nicole who reassured me all would be sorted when we returned home. I met with Sharon the owner who was absolutely brilliant, honest and couldn't have done more. We received a full refund of all costs that had us change our plans for that one night!! Outstanding service and PR Sharon! I will definitely use them for our next trip and highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to travel. The most incompetent travel agency I have ever dealt with. Had to follow up everytime I contacted them. They do not respond to your emails but rather ignore you. After not hearing back for over a month I called them only to be told our trip was not going well and they didn’t have time to do it. Terrible.
